I use this tea as the ultimate relaxation after work - I work in a 911 emergency dispatch center where I dispatch for police, sheriff's office, and all emergency personnel. I work alone and and 8-12 hour shifts that start at midnight and end at 8am or noon. For me, relaxation is very important to wind down after a stressful night and to sleep during the day. This tea is part of what makes that possible for me.
