A sweet chocolate tea with a wonderful, smooth caramel accent and vanilla tea to make it even sweeter and smoother. A lovely relaxing tea. If you relax into sleep before finishing this tea, no problem! Just finish it when you wake up since it tastes good cold too!

This is the third version of my relaxing chocolate teas. I love to use these teas as a way to relax just before sleeping - since they have no caffeine. I work nights at a 911 dispatch center and it can sometimes be stressful. Even when it isn't, it is often difficult to sleep during the day. A relaxed state of mind is very important (earplugs and a sleep mask also help!) for my ability to sleep and this is one of the teas I use to help supply that. I drink this tea when I'm feeling like a smoother tea without any nutty taste - this is usually the tea I drink after a particularly bad night at work and I think it is the most soothing of the three.
