An earthy, slightly aristocratic fusion of Chestnut, Hazelnut, and Caramel. Complex, sturdy, and addictively delicious.
Very different flavor experience when you add sweetness and cream --I recommend it both ways!
This blend is named in honor of my mother and our ancestor (after whom she was named) Saint John Southworth. This blend is intense, and not what you expect when someone offers you tea, but it is very, very fine, and you will remember it.
Just like mom.

I used Rooibos Caramel rather than a 3rd ceylon to mellow out the flavor, and keep it friendly, for lack of a better description. It's a very robust tea, as Zack said, and the Rooibos helps keep it from being bitchslap strong. It *is* a fabulous morning tea, the 80% ceylon gives you a nice caffeine kick whenever you need it.
It's also *very* different tasting depending on how you serve it; I think it's tasty whether you sweeten it or not, and whether you add creamer or not, it's just a nice surprise that it tastes like three different teas. (So, really, it's almost like getting three flavor experiences for the price of one!)
[Southworth is a family name, so yes, I love this tea so much I named it after my family :) ]
