I received a sample of the White Strawberry Basil tea and made a cold brew pitcher of it. We enjoyed it so much that I immediately ordered more of it to cold brew...so refreshing. It is also delicious hot. The basil adds such an interesting note to the perky strawberry...we love it.

Though the savory notes in this flavored white tea prevent it from being a tea I would drink on a regular basis, it's still an excellent tea with an excellent balance between sweet and savory. The sweet strawberry flavor carries well on the white tea base without overpowering it. In fact, the white tea adds a contrasting herbal note to the blend, which the basil enhances. It's definitely a balancing act, but the blend pulls it off. (4 minutes @ 185F)
Bit of an odd blend, but not bad at all. I think I’ll usually go with the other teas in my cabinet, but this was a fun change.
Wow. What a great punch of strawberry and basil aroma and flavor. I really enjoyed this tea. It was not overpowering. The basil was there but subtle. The straw berry was refreshing. I added honey. A new favourite tea Great chilled.

I steeped this tea overnight in the refrigerator, and it turned out wonderfully! Sweet and fruity and flavorful, without the empty tartness that comes from tea with a strong hibiscus presence. I love it!

Okay, so I was a bit skeptical at first. I really haven't been enjoying fruity teas in life but I love Basil so I gave it a try. My first sip was, well let's just say blah. I waited a few minutes for it to slightly cool down then I was wowed with a softer strawberry flavor on my tongue followed by a delicate touch of basil. I'm pretty sure I'm going to enjoy this as a chilled choice in the warmer months to come. GREAT BLEND.

This was a very good, light tea. Had a nice strawberry flavor with just a hint of basil. Toward the end of my cup, I added a bit of cream as someone had suggested. I’ve never added cream to a cold brew before but I thought I would try it at the end in case I didn’t like it. All I can say is Wow! It took it up a notch! I only wish that I had added the cream earlier to enjoy the whole cup that way.

I love this tea! The first steep I drank hot with a cut up strawberry and some honey. The second steep I added some sugar and ice. I enjoyed it more as an iced tea. Great strawberry flavor with a back note of basil.
The strawberry flavor comes through very well and the hint of basil adds an interesting side note. And the hibiscus is not overwhelming the other flavors but adds just the right touch of tartness.
Just as described: white tea, strawberry and a hint of basil goodness. Delicious! The description says summer, but to me this is pure springtime, best for sipping in the garden while pinching basil tops and planting strawberries.

A yes to this one iced! It's even more heavenly when sweetened. It has a pretty peach colored liquor when brewed. 2 tsp 12 Oz 180*F 3:30 minutes and 6 Oz resteep for 3:45. No bitterness detected and hardly any astringency even with a little extra steep time. Really enjoyed this CT tea today!

I am enjoying my first cup of this tea. The basil and lemongrass seem most prominent. After reading other reviews, I am thinking about trying it iced next time to hopefully bring out the strawberry flavor as well.
Much milder flavor than I expected, especially since I steeped for almost 15 minutes. I'd probably try it again as an iced tea.
It's just ok, I get the subtle strawberry flavor, but not the basil. Also annoyed that the sample size is half as much as other samples at only .40 oz as compared to their other samples at .80 oz. Will not reorder

There is something so special about this tea. The savory notes of basil and lingering sweet strawberry are so delicately balanced. I tried this at my local coffee shop as an Arnold Palmer and immediately had to buy a bag for myself. Love it
This one smells wonderful. I think it needs a longer steep, though. The flavor is very mild for me..

I wanted to love this tea since I love basil but it tasted a little strange and cloying. I'll finish the bag (eventually) but probably wouldn't get again.
So I think a warning is due for this. If you have a whole pot of it on your own, be aware that it's going to aid in the digestive process.
THAT BEING SAID; The blend is actually really unique and delicious. I liked it very much, and honestly I only bought some more now because it did so well to help my digestive issues, which I found out on accident from a communitea packet xD

An enjoyable tea! I got myself a sample because it's been awhile since I last ordered tea, and I was trying a few different things. I'm a big white tea fan in general, but especially fruity white teas, so I was interested in trying this white strawberry basil -- the idea of trying something kind of herby was interesting to me!
I enjoyed the tea. It was slightly tart, with strawberry notes, but I wasn't able to detect the basil personally -- this could just have been me not knowing what exactly I should be looking for in the flavors. Very strong hibiscus notes, too. It smells fruity and lovely -- I didn't try it myself, but I'd bet this one would make a killer iced tea too.
This a really good tea, but I wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Very mild, but delicious. I would still order this again, but would know not to expect a strong tea.
I really wanted to love this, but the 2 flavors I wanted to stand out most (the name) were the weakest flavors. I brewed hot, tried iced, and cold brewed. I should hve known better after the last lemongrass blend I tried. I am glad I chose a sample size.
I tried this fruity herbal blend on a bit if a whim and it's so good! The unexpected mix of flavors is a pleasant surprise.
I'll admit it's a little strongly flavored for my personal taste, but I blend it with Silver Sprout green tea or Yunnan Jig black to bring down the flavor intensity and add additional caffeine. I love that the flavor is complex between the sweet strawberry, the basil, and the other ingredients.
I hoped to enjoy this more than I did. I found the basil notes to be overwhelming. I don't think there is anything lacking in the tea, however... I think it's just a matter of personal preference.

Interesting combination. Tastes more herbal than fruity, it's not a sweet strawberry dessert but more like a chef salad accented with berries.
