Great tea maker for a resonible price. Love it.

I've had my VelociTEA for a few months now and I have to say, I really love it. I drink tea twice a day most days and this makes it simple to brew it all at once in the morning, drink one cup immediately, and then just re-heat for my second cup later in the day. Now that I'm brewing at the correct temp for the correct length of time I can tell a difference in the taste from my old method of just heating the water on the stove and brewing for the same length of time, regardless. If you drink a lot of different kinds of tea, this is a smart investment.

This thing is amazing. I love being able to set it and leave it alone, then come back to freshly made tea.

Amazing! I'd been using the Trinitea for years, but so glad I ordered this! My boyfriend thought it was so great, he was wondering if you could use it for coffee - has anyone tried?

This tea maker is truly wonderful. It makes the perfect cup of tea every time and is so easy to clean!

This thing is amazing. It boils water in less time than a kettle on the stove and I don't have to time anything. prep everything the night before and just push a button for my morning black tea. Within a couple of minutes the water is ready to brew. By the time my breakfast is ready, my tea is also.

Works as expected. Support responded to me clarifying a question regarding the 'Heat Only' button as follows:

'The Heat Only button does not equate to a 'boil' function, so in order for it to work, you need to select Heat Only first, then select the temperature you'd like the water to be heated to.

Using Heat Only simply stops the second part of the brewing process, where the circulation to the steeping basket happens.'

I love this tea maker. It perfectly makes all of my favorite teas from green tea, herbal and black tea.

I could not live without this tea maker. I use it everyday.

Finally a faster way to make tea that is done right! It has a clear taste like I stood over it and steeped it myself. It doesn't require more tea to keep it from tasting like colored water because it doesn't run water quickly thru the basket like a Keurig. Its a beautiful thing.

This is an excellent addition to and kitchen if you like tea. Previously I had been using a stove-top kettle, and most green teas I made were very overpowering because I couldn't get the water temperature exact. With the VelociTEA all my teas have the right temperature water.

I want so badly to love this teamaker. I think it is a fantastic idea and should be great. It isn't. The only reason it isn't is because IT DOES NOT WORK. At least not the one button I would use. The black tea and the white tea buttons work just fine, I haven't tried the green tea button but the herbal tea button DOES NOT WORK. It heats the water just fine but then it turns off. It does not circulate the water or reheat later. It does not get a solid light or beep when done. It just boils and then shuts off. The first time it did it I thought I got a defective machine, maybe I did. But when I returned it and they replaced it, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. I am so disappointed. Either it is an issue with multiple devices or they sent me back the same exact tea maker. Either way, sadly I cannot recommend this product. I want to love it but then again I just want to drink herbal tea!

The tea maker itself works very well unfortunately the craftsmanship on the internal parts such as the tea basket are inferior first thing that broke and this is after only 30 days of use was a little plastic handle on the tea basket but it was still usable the next thing that came apart was the handle itself which is only spot welded
the spot welds came apart the handle fell off so now I have a basket with no handle so I don't approve of the workmanship and this tea maker

This works really well. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

Treated myself for my birthday with this beauty, and I am in love. It makes the process of making a cuppa so much easier and convenient. I love being able to bring the tea to temp, and then have it brew for me. And the end product tastes amazing.

Love it, set it up the night before and just push the button. In a few minutes great tasting tea.

Love! Love! Love! This is the best tea maker we have ever owned. It is easily cleaned and so simple to use. It makes the different tea varieties with the push of a button. We always pour the hot tea in a separate pitcher over sugar for southern sweet tea. This tea maker takes the guess out of tea making.

I really like this tea maker. I love being able to make a few cups at once and not worry about steeping times or water temps. There were a couple of little things that could be improved upon. There's a little filter at the bottom of the pot. It came off while wiping out the pot! It wasn't necessary for the pot to function, but I use tea bags in it now so leaves won't get into the 'works' of the pot.

Oh my god this is the best thing ever for my tea. I love how I just set it walk away and have a whole pot of brewed tea. Brews the tea perfect each time.

Excellent, would be an easy five stars if it simply had the option to modify the default times. As of now, it can be a hassle for some of the shorter brew time blacks (3 min / Earl Grey) and longer brew time Chai. For convenience's sake it is excellent, I just wish they had considered the fact that not all their tea's require a default time.

This tea maker is AMAZING. I love it, the tea never sits in the water, every cup from each tastes great. I want one everywhere I go, at work and my other office. I requested that my order be canceled because I didn't receive the purchase or delivery information, tried to login to my account, but was unable to do and there is no phone number to contact anyone. I got nervous because my account was comprimised two weeks ago and e-mailed Adagio to cancel my order. The order arrived, I decided to try it and I love it.

This thing is magical! It makes tea steeping so easy. SO. EASY. It is the best thing in the morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night...basically 24/7. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It seems like a lot to spend on a tea kettle, but I got sick of buying cheaper electric kettles that stopped working after a few months. I love the preset functions and that I don't have to wonder about over-steeping my tea.

I love, love, love this tea maker! I had been holding off on getting one because I couldn't decide which to get, even after conducting research online but I'm so glad I got this one! I love that there's all sorts of settings for different types of teas and infuses at a touch of a button. Or, you have the option to use the tea maker to make hot water only. I love that you get tea in a matter of a few minutes. No need to keep an eye on it because it'll let you know when it's done. Genius!

So convenient! No more forgetting to remove the infuser in my cup or tea pot. Update: stopped pumping water to steep tea after 3 months. Adagio will replace once we ship the one we have back.

This was definitely the priciest thing I ve ever bought from Adagio, but it was well worth the money. It s easy to use and makes perfect tea every time. I m obsessed!

Bought one for my home. Love it so much I’m buying another for Father’s Day for my Dad who love hot tea

After the first use, the heating element was discolored and brown. It was impossible to remove, no mater what I tried. And this was after only one use. I wrote, and sent photos but Adagio was not helpful at all, telling me to soak it overnight, with white vinegar, lemons, or baking soda. very annoying that it is already discolored

Temp is very accurate and I love that it's a set and forget kettle. Makes making tea less complicated.

This thing is amazing and a life saver! I stopped making tea for so long because I just didnt have the patience to make it anymore. I can simply throw my tea in the basket, click the appropriate button, and go back to what I was doing while it does all the work! I definitely reccomend this, you won't regret it!

The BMW of Tea kettles.
This is the mothership of all tea kettles. I am finally tasting the delicious notes of green tea, white tea and oolong like I never did before. It's easy to use- but wouldn't know from the instructions which could use some work. I make more than 10 cups of many different teas a day and they are all flawless and unique when this machine is done brewing. It took me a while to research and decide on this particular model, but I am glad I did. Spectacular results, and it keeps it warm for 1 hour. If it's been longer, just run the green tea- heat-only cycle and voila! - hot and perfect tea. There's no co-mingling of flavors and its super fast to boil water. I am thinking of a second one for work!

This machine makes the best tea. The only thing it's missing is a setting for my jasmine phoenix pearls which is 195 F @ 2-3min.

Great tea pot to heat water to exact temp needed as well as to brew all types of tea perfectly. It is super easy to use...easy directions to follow. I use it all day, every day! I prefer the glass pot as opposed to other materials of tea kettles i have used. The way the kettle swishes the water thru the loose tea leaves is amazing..It makes a difference in the flavor of the teas as it allows the surface of the leave to be exposed to the perfect temperature water.

I love the convenience of this tea maker. Just like a coffee maker, you can set it and forget it. However, it loses two stars for two different design flaws. There are only a limited number of settings to choose from (green, white, oolong, black, herbal, and heat only). This makes it difficult to properly brew certain tea blends. It would make so much more sense if they could just add a function to customize the exact time and temperature. Also, the holes in the basket are too large for rooibos tea and some leaves always end up in the bottom of the kettle. For my own personal use, I don't mind much, but it feels tacky to serve it to guests. It's frustrating because it comes so close, but just barely falls short of perfection. With a few improvements, this could be the ultimate tea maker.

I bought the VelociTEA Tea Maker for my wife’s birthday who is just starting out with enjoying different kinds of tea. I spent much time online looking at different tea makers and, based on the reviews and features, decided on the VelociTEA. Boy, am I glad I did. It is simple to use and delivers great tasting tea with multiple settings for different kinds of tea. She especially liked the Thai Chai sample, previously declaring that she was not a fan of chai. Thanks, Adagio, for providing such a great product!

I adored this tea maker. I particularly like that you can turn it on and then come back to it after it has finished brewing without the tea getting bitter. It would be great if the keep warm feature lasted longer than 1 hour but even that one hour is very nice. I've used it about a month on a daily basis and today it stopped pumping water into the steeping basket (37 days after purchase, 2 days after delivery). Trying to find the best way to contact customer service is a bit challenging. Customer service responded quickly and said that I could return the defective unit to them (at my cost) and they would replace it. The unit has been shipped and hopefully the replacement doesn't have any issues.

I love this! I has changed my morning routine. I put it together the night before bed and my fiancee hits the button on his way out the door for me and I have hot tea waiting for me when I pack lunch!

Best buy EVER!!! We live in Big Bear (alt. 7200 ft) However, we use this at the lower temps and the tea is perfect. :D

Love my new tea maker! It’s opened up a whole new world of tea drinking for me. I never knew what I was missing.

I had to return the first one because it didn't work for herbal teas. The customer service was great, and I got a new one. Hasn't had any issues yet. This is a convenient way to make a lot of tea and keep it warm.

How many ways do I love thee, VelociTEA, what would I do without you in my life. I could write scroll upon scroll of poems and prose praising your name, and your wondrous tea making abilities, but it would not come close to the wondrousness that is you, VelociTEA tea maker. You complete me.

My new go to tea maker. Tea tastes great. And clean up 🧼 is very fast and easy.

I love this teamaker. I was always jealous that coffee drinkers could have their beverage hot and ready when I want it. I had to try a few times before I finally figured out the right amount of tea to use for different types. I usually add 1/2 tsp more for black tea as it seemed a little weak for me. Some black teas I like with cream and sugar, so I like them a little stronger. Great gift for someone who has everything!

I honestly do not know, how I have made tea so long without this! Never again, I pack this up and take it with me on over night trips, i love it!

I like this machine, teas taste bette when brewed but it does not seem to be stainless steel so changes color.
