Prince Endymion would look cool as can be with a cup of this tea, and so will you. Earl Grey Moonlight and Earl Grey Lavender create a dark, alluring flavor rounded out with vanilla oolong and cornflower. Delicious with cream!

Oolong teas are generally treated the same as black teas, steeping around 180-195F/82-90C. I prefer the lower end of the bracket, personally. I think the flavor comes out smoother and you get more of that classic velvety mouthfeel oolongs are known for, and the leaves resteep better. This tea will get approximately 3 resteeps. If you want stronger flavor, add more tea leaves, not more time. To prepare iced, simply use twice the tea leaves and half the water you usually would. Use the same amount of time (3 minutes). Drop over a full cup of ice, to flash chill and dilute to regular strength. To conserve leaves, just steep hot and put into the fridge.
