My friend in China warned me to be careful on the terraced rice fields in China, as he broke his hand while traversing them. Months later, this sign greeted me. I still slipped, fell, and hurt my knees....was worth it though!

My experiences in on rice fields were in the Xiangshan District of Guangxi, China. There I had fresh passion fruit and waked under osmanthus trees. I also had wine made of both. (Though with osmanthus being discontinued, I've replaced it with chamomile to sooth the senses.) Ginseng, lemon, and lavender awaken this tea like fresh mountain air. Life and Tea is based off my travels and experiences.
