This tea is slightly bitter, but sweet, I seem to have a problem with making just sweet teas, but to sweeten it, add a teaspoon to a teaspoon and a half of honey and a bit of sugar crystals, do not steep for more than 3-4 minutes, pour water when it starts to boil.
High caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
