This tea is tart to start then leave a smooth fruity flavour afterwards. This tea is Shy but strong, that is why its so tart! Once you get to know it though, its the sweetest thing on Earth! This tea gets less tart as it cools, bring water to boil then pour and steep for about 3-4 minutes no longer than that. You can sweeten with sugar or honey.
