Should be 212/3 of course since it's all black teas that steep for that many minutes rather than the 2 minutes suggested by the blend software. Unsure what that's about??? I used Irish Breakfast proportions but subbed a bit of Decaf Cream for some of the Decaf Ceylon. The result is a tea which tastes less "fruity" than Irish Breakfast but sweeter. I like it! :) I also have some home blend ideas in mind for this one already-- mixing blends with blends, adding accents... LOL
