Bring your own Thai Tea! This Blend is an homage to a lovely iced tea which I enjoyed at a most awesome Thai Restaurant. This beautiful iced tea had a touch of a smokey-note. Thus, I am recreating it here. So--Add Adagio's Thai Tea to this blend, Brew at 212 for 4 mins, then ice it. After cold, Add Coconut or Sweetened Condensed Milk and a touch of Sugar. ENJOY!

Moderate caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
