Cafe de Olla is my favorite way to drink coffee, and it's a method that's uncommon in the United States. It's also the kind of coffee that's best made for a crowd, not for just myself. So while this tea is not a 1:1 analog, it does bring the spice and vibrancy when I crave this particular beverage.
