This blend is inspired by the sassiest lady of Catfe, Ramona. In this blend we bring together a blend of the rich aroma, starchy sweetness of roasted plantains, notes of molasses and dates of Assam Melody, coupled with the fire and mellow smoothness of Cinnamon Rooibos Chai. To round it off, we give it a bit of zing and maybe just a little bite with some Double Ginger. Perfect for a regal lady with cattitude.

This blend is inspired by probably one of the sassiest residents of the Kitty Catfe, Ramona. One could almost say she is like the Queen of the Catfe and makes sure you know it with her sassy sort of cattitude. Ramona started off her life at the shelter she was at alone. The last cat in the entire facility. No one wanted her so our beloved Catfe Caretaker took her in. Her name then was Raccoon and she was scared to death. The caretaker of the Kitty Catfe took her in and she growled and hissed at then for the first two days. Then she was able to begin the journey and started to touch her and she’d swat at her, but never put her claws out. She wanted to act breve but she wasn’t. So she was renamed Ramona and adopted by the caretaker herself as a resident cat of the Catfe and now she’s a Catfe favorite. People literally visit on their birthday just to be smacked by Ramona. In fact it as if it's a right of passage by regulars and fans of the Catfe to literarily to visit just to hope they get 'smacked' by Ramona. One could say its like our local communities version of rubbing the belly of a Laughing Buddha statue to bring good luck, health and happiness. In fact there is said to be a sign in the Catfe that literally says "It's been ____ days since I smacked someone for no reason. - Ramona" We're sure it's rare, if its even happened, for the days since 'not smacking' count to have been zero. ;P
