This is a copycat blend of a solely white tea offered by another company. The flavor is reputedly somewhat tart as with strawberry-rhubarb pie so is also pre-sweetened with rock sugar. But in this case, you can choose your own sweetener if desired. I do enjoy the rock sugar addition.
