This is an update to my copycat black tea version. To me, Jane Austen's writings seem observant, truthful, and witty which connotes black tea in my book, but she was also mannerly-- a trait that fits gentler green tea. Spearmint contributes a cool standoff-ish quality which represents intelligence and sufficient clear-eyed detachment to analyze people, situations, and her times. Blue cornflowers are native to Europe so were chosen to accent this tea along with English lavender. I also like having a low caffeine version. :) 195/3 for me.
