accented with cinnamon chips & safflower petals
A strong, bold, somewhat bitter base with hints of warmth and sweetness from the cinnamon and vanilla flavoring. Brewed at 212, this will taste primarily bitter with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Brewing at 195 will allow the other flavors more prominence. This can stand up well to milk and honey, but I enjoy it plain too.
