This is 3/4 of a blend!!! Each tea serving will require a 1/4 portion White Symphony plus 3/4 portion of this blend. This blend is a replication of one available via a different company. I requested two scoops of cardamom seeds because of the tea portion to be added by you-- flavor will stay balanced that way. Go with 180/3 degrees since the suggestion here doesn't take into account the quality white tea to be added by you. Moderate caffeine is correct..
