The Rooibos Vanilla Chai was too strong, needing more Rooibos. Adding the Rooibos Cinnamon Apple and Rooibos Vanilla with a bit of aniseed should soften the Chai while not muting the flavor profile. If there had been absolute control of all ingredients, it would be more of a Masala Rooibos Chai.
