This tea is inspired by the beach where my husband proposed, and it is an herbal interpretation of the tropical flavored tea from Rome that made us fall in love with high quality loose leaf tea in the first place. It took a dozen tries and feedback from half a dozen taste testers to help me get it just right. In the end, I love the way the taste can bring me back to my favorite beach, right in time for sunset
