What a hard nut to crack. Power through some overtime with Nanami. Cream tea added to smooth it all out because despite his serious and honest (sometimes harsh) personality, gosh he sure does care about what matters. Sherlock likes to take hazelnut tea blends like Nanami here, chill them, and put 'em in a blender with cold brew coffee (self care!), frozen strawberries, a frozen banana, a big old handful of frozen spinach, a drop of vanilla, and a drizzle of honey, and blend it all up (add milk of choice as needed). Divine. Nanami is said to be a foodie so I think this checks out. Extra points if you add almonds or dark chocolate to the blender and give it a few whirls before serving. Wanna be real extra? Whipped cream on top. Unf.
