Fruity, floral, fresh, and juicy. This is Alley's nod to chef Auguste Escoffier who, in the late 1800's, created a peachy masterpiece to honor Australian soprano Nellie Melba. You'll find no caffeine in this zestful, strictly herbal blend. Add some simple syrup and a sprig of mint then pour over ice, or enjoy hot with a touch of agave syrup.
