Should be full of health benefits b/w the green tea, the honeybush, the rosehips (all full of antioxidants), the ginger (in the spiced blend), and the hibiscus. Should help cut down on cravings and also equalize metabolism (b/w the cinnamon and green tea from the spiced blend and the hibiscus from the blood orange). Vanilla chosen to round out tangy/astringent flavors of the other two.

For my niece I wanted to make a tea with no caffeine because she really likes tea, but is also an 11 year old and will mostly be drinking it when she gets home from school so whatever I make her has to be caffeine-free (kids shouldn't be drinking caffeine at all really, and especially not late in the day).
