As summer turns into autumn and the nights become cool and crisp, I can't think of a better way to wind down the evening than with a soothing caffeine-free tea. Apple, cinnamon, and vanilla mingle with mellow hibiscus and rose hips, and a mild sprinkling of ginger and cardamom. This turned out to be an amazing, melt-in-your-mouth combination perfect for a cozy evening. I like to make mine about an hour before bedtime... and settle in for sweet dreams!
