I have to admit I'm a huuuuuge fan of chocolate sandwich cookies. So I've been experimenting with combos to satisfy my craving for that deep rich chocolate and smooth creamy filling. Then -- to top it off for the holidays -- I added a cherry on top! Just what Santa would want on his big night :-)
