Whether you're doing a long day's work in the sun and need some refreshment, or you just need the taste of life on the beach, this fruity white tea is light and sweet. Hot, you don't need much sugar to bring the fruity tones out, but toss in a little sugar before cooling it down for an iced tea that feels like a crisp bite into a Paopu. For the full flavor, use 2 teaspoons of loose tea per 8 oz, steeped at about 190 for 3 minutes.
