You know, not everyone can glaze a huge ham for Christmas. Sometimes, you can only get a small packet of sandwich ham to serve on Christmas day or you don't have enough people to serve ham to. Maybe you're Jewish or vegan and can't eat ham at all. Or maybe you just don't like ham at all. This tea, at least, has a taste similar to a ham glaze, so maybe you can at least not miss out on the Blood Orange-y, spice-loaded taste of Ham glaze, without having to chug a bottle of syrup or roast an entire leg of ham. (Note, this tea has not been taste tested as of yet, so feel free to criticize. I can and will adjust this if you say so.)
