This nutty and toasty tea is great. I think it’s a cozy tea for fall.
Mellow, sweet-toasty flavor of Honeybush herb from South Africa with hazelnuts. Creamy, cozy and nutty.

This nutty and toasty tea is great. I think it’s a cozy tea for fall.
The hazelnut is strong with this one. 5 min @ 212. The hazelnut aroma has spread through the kitchen. The flavor is very nutty, not so sweet. Since I don't sweeten my teas, I give this an okay, but not one I'd drink by itself.
8 oz, 5 mins @ 212* F, with cream and sweetener
This was much sweeter than I anticipated and I should have used less sweetener than I normally do…because I added too much, I had to dump the cup. Although, the flavor profile was wonderful. I'll have to buy a sample and try it again with less splenda.
Nice tea. Good nutty flavor with earthy sweetness. I added stevia to enhance the flavor.
I enjoy Honeybush teas and although not a hazelnut fan was able to appreciate this tea.
Nutty and toasty, this honeybush tea has a good, one-note flavor. It reminded me of the mocha-nut mate, without the caffeine.
Very fragrant, even after brewing it. Anyone sitting near you will be jealous. I do, however, prefer the black hazelnut tea.
Great blend! I liked the hazelnut flavor.
Wonderful honeybush with it’s gentle and sweet earthy taste perfectly compliments the nutty goodness of hazelnut flavor. It's a match made in heaven. This tea is delightful and compulsively drinkable. I prefer to sweeten lightly with honey which brings out the roasty flavor of hazelnut and the sweetness of honeybush even more.
My CommuniTEA packet weighed a nice 3 aromatic grams which gave me two steeps at 212F. I set the timer for 3 minutes each time and made 10 oz. for the first cup and 6 oz. for the second. Honeybush is easy to brew and forgiving if you forget to pull the steep. There is no bitterness or astringency penalty for lackadaisical timing. It also blends well with other flavored honeybush and rooibos teas. Try vanilla and chocolate for starters and any other flavor you might want to add the taste of delicious roasted nut.
I like to think of honeybush and it's cousin, rooibos, especially green rooibos, the darling pets of the tea world. They’re loveable and dependable. You always know what to expect. They're forgiving and never bitter if you forget the time. They blend well with others in the family and when sweetened with treats they’re super good. What’s not to love?
Honeybush is my favorite herbal tea. I love the natural sweetness of the honeybush combined with the hazelnut, it makes for a smooth cup of goodness. Delicious!
I love this combination. It's cosy, nutty, and slightly naturally sweet. Standalone or as a component of a blend, what's not to love?
my partner’s favorite tea. a warm and mild cup, i typically add cream for a sweet, well-rounded drink. perfect if you want to introduce someone to tea (or tisanes, technically?) who is afraid of bitterness. i will continue to buy it as long as she drinks it ❤️
This is a great tea for honeybush lovers, but the hazelnut is more mild, so if you want a more nutty-tea, this probably isn't the tea for you.
I am caffeine-sensitive, so I need herbal teas in the afternoon and evening. This one is delightful. Lovely fragrance, lovely taste. Nice and sweet, without any sugar.
Sounds like the name. I believe I steeped it shorter than the other teas.
This flavorful tea is by far one of my very favorites. I drink this at least daily and sometime on the weekends a couple of time a day.
I like almost anything mixed into honey bush teas. This is a food combination. I felt like drinking mune with half/half.
I love plain Honeybush, but am really not a fan of the hazelnut flavoring added here. It tastes sort of artificial. I’m going back to my plain honeybush.
It's just okay. While this has a creamy taste, the overall flavor is just not as satisfying to me as the superior and stronger flavor of the Hazelnut Black Tea. I'll stick with the black tea. Between the two, you just have to decide if you want caffeine in your hazelnut brew or not, and also consider the strength of the hazelnut flavor.
Great flavor, great aroma. I would buy this one again . I love tea blends that smell and taste good.
This tea is my favorite of the honeybush line at Adagio. It has a well-balanced blend of flavors that seems naturally nutty. I like honeybush hazelnut with a little milk. No sugar needed.
A great evening tea topped off with a bit of brandy to make a toddy!
I wasn't expecting much out of this initially, and just threw a sample into my last order because I wanted to try all the simple honeybush varieties. It turns out I'm a huge fan though; the flavor reminds me of those Ferrero Rocher candy balls I can't normally eat much of because the bits get stuck in my teeth and drive me crazy. Delicious right from the bag without any need for sweetener. I already have two larger bags of other honeybush so I won't be ordering more of this until I've used those up, but it's definitely one I'll come back to!
A nice cup for relaxing in the evening! Smooth and sweet!
Nice hazelnut flavor. This is a great everyday tea. Always keep some in the fridge
Not my cup of tea. I'm not a huge fan of nutella, (I'm not sure why though), but though hey, maybe I'd like it in tea form. Nope. It's very nutty, smells very nutty and so people, if you like nuttyness and especially hazelnut, this is for you!
Loved it, great flavor taste and good value quality
One of my mom's favorite teas - I order this for her regularly! Love the hazelnut flavor - makes it a nice coffee substitute.
Ah this tea is so wonderful! If you like hazelnut, this makes a great milk tea! It’s nice to have a hazelnut beverage aside from coffee.
Probably my favorite of the honeybushes. The hazelnut blends well with the already rather nutty flavor of the honeybush. It makes for a very nice caffeine free tea.
This herbal no caffeine tea has a delicious nutty flavor. I highly recommend it to those tea drinkers who must watch caffeine consumption.
This was my first time trying honeybush tea and I really enjoyed it. I also like rooibos and this is a bit sweeter (but thankfully not too sweet) and since it is caffeine free I feel able to enjoy it later in the evening. Great hazelnut flavor I did not feel the need to add anything to this tea.
Great, sweet tea. The hazelnut flavor comes through quite well and provides a wonderful, rich flavor.
I have to admit, that the more likely that there is a strong hazelnut presence to a tea, the more likely I'll like it, and honestly? This is one that I can say I enjoyed. You might need to get a tea strainer or the fillable tea bags though, because there are fine tea leaves and can get through some of the bigger tea strainers.
The hazelnut is front and center here. I am not a huge hazelnut fan so this tea isn’t great for me. For those who enjoy hazelnut I would strongly encourage you to try this.
There’s a nice hazelnutty aroma to this one when you first open the bag, which transfers into a tender, gentle flavor when steeped. I liked this one with a bit of sugar. The added sweetness really brought out the hazelnut.
a tasty tea! very nutty and perfect on a chilly day
The hazelnut complements the honeybush perfectly, giving a nutty earthy sweetness that’s great for sipping in the evening.
It ok, but not for me, I don’t like hazelnut.☕️🫖
CommuniTEA 11/17/22: I enjoyed this blend with an early dinner because it was so cold outside. It was delightful. I like this better than hazelnut with black tea, but not as much as actual hazelnuts.
212 for 4 1/2 minutes with stevia
I never think I am going to like hazelnut when I smell it, but when I taste it I always love it! Isn't it weird how our sense work?
A simple, if somewhat bland, tea. I feel like a light sweetener could really amplify the flavor.
A lovely earthy hazelnut tea. This tasted so great with some oat milk!
This tea was delicious. I love hazelnut flavors and I'm finding that I really like Honeybush tea. I added a little agave and cream to bring out those yummy dessert flavors.
For decaf blends, I have definitely found that honeybush blends sit better with me than the rooibos. This blend I like a lot, you get the sweet honeybush with the hazelnut that makes for a nice dessert tea.
CommuniTEA Review:
A really nice rich Hazelnut tea.
This tea is perfectly nutty with a sweet, sugared honeybush aftertaste. Hazelnut teas can be cloying, but this one is perfectly balanced!
Delicious and warming. I think the hazelnut flavor goes much better with the honeybush than with black tea. It’s a very smooth cup and one of my favorite no caffeine teas
Today's communiTEA sample is a nice nutty tea. I added some chocolate honey and cacao nibs and it was like Nutella tea.
Very enjoyable cup of tea. Nice mix of hazelnut and honeybush. I really like the taste of hazelnut and this has it in bunches. Nice caffeine free alternative.
