Love this mellow tea. Delicious without any sweetener and the hazelnut touch puts it over the top for me. My honeybush fave!
Mellow, sweet-toasty flavor of Honeybush herb from South Africa with hazelnuts. Creamy, cozy and nutty.

Love this mellow tea. Delicious without any sweetener and the hazelnut touch puts it over the top for me. My honeybush fave!
First, when I opened the package, this tea smelled amazing. The toasty, nutty aroma nearly had me drooling. Once brewed, this tea did not disappoint. The smooth, warm comforting flavors made for a very satisfying before bed treat. I’m so glad I got the sample of this one.
I really liked this one! It has a great nuttiness to it.
In the bag, this tea has a woodsy smell, and it's a little nutty, but overall a little stronger than I expected. After steeping at the recommended temperature for the recommended time, the honey bush sort of flavor and the hazelnut flavor mix into a deep, caffeine-free mix. Without sweetener, the tastes are still 'woodsy' and stronger than I prefer. With about a 1/2 tsp of vanilla simple syrup, it's more of something that I'd reach for. Or with some sweetened non-dairy creamer! I might not order this again, but it was a worthwhile one to try.
Hazelnut flavor is definitely there, but honestly hazelnut doesn't pair as well with honeybush as it does with coffee! Will finish this one, but not a repurchase.
Such a good and cozy taste. It's actually a perfect fall tea. The flavor is subtle but definitely notable and is my favorite so far.
A great tea. You can taste the hazelnut in this tea. My daughter raves about this one. Will add it again to my wish list.
Honeybush Hazelnut is a tasty blend, although I feel like the hazelnut overwhelms the sweet honeybush flavor a bit. Nice and nutty, with the subtle honeybush sweetness. It’s good, but not my favorite blend.
The hazelnut smell is extremely powerful and almost smells artificial, but overall it's a good cup of tea.
I wasn't expecting to love this tea but I do! It's so simple but tasty, just a comforting nutty delight! Not overpowering but also not boring. The scent is roasted goodness, and the flavor does not disappoint!
This is a delicious herbal tea with a robust sweetness from the hazelnut flavor. It tastes as good as it smells.
Not a very bold flavor but I like it as desert tea before bed.
I think i still prefer black Hazelnut, but trying to get away from caffeine and the honeybush hazelnut is a great alternative! Honeybush (as the name suggests) has a natural sweetness that is so nice!
I enjoyed the tea today. Nice and smooth. Good sip.
I love honeybush & hazelnut, I am in the hazelnut state after all. Oregon produces 99% of the United States hazelnuts! I love the nutty aroma and the smooth rich flavor of this tea might be one to add to my rotation.
I really enjoy the hazelnut flavor of this honeybush tea! It is sweet and nutty, and overall very enjoyable.
I love this tea so much. The hazelnut pairs well with the honeybush tea.
Honey bush and hazelnut make a great blend. Steeped at a lower temp …4 min. There was no bitterness. Lovely nutty hazelnut flavour. It was nice with a bit of honey.
Great Honeybush Tea. The hazelnut flavor was just right.
Very nutty, sweet and warm. Great cup! I like having good caffeine free options like this one. Hazelnut is more in the aroma for me than flavor.
Hazelnutty flavor delivered in an uncaffienated, relaxing brew. Very tasty.
I love the smell of this. The taste is also great. I really cant complain. I especially like that it's herbal.
One of my favorites! Great hazelnut flavor. Love it!!
I usually don’t like hazelnut flavoring too much, but this was quite good. Sweet and warm aroma!
Great hazelnut flavor with honeybush. Good on it's own, but fantastic is almost any blend.
The Hazelnut flavored honeybush tisane is a delicious caffeine-free treat. Its rich hazelnut flavor is perfectly balanced, making it a satisfying choice for any time of day. Highly recommended for those seeking a flavorful and comforting beverage option without the caffeine.
I like the honeybush teas and I like hazelnut so this was a good combination for me.
this smells wonderful. i added a tiny bit of rock sugar. The tea is nutty and sweet. MMMMMM!!!
It's a honey of a tea. Just the right amount of hazelnut
CommuniTEA Sample: Unfortunately, I'm not the biggest fan of honeybush or hazelnut, so this tea is kind of just the middle of the road for me. But, it's better than a hazelnut rooibos!
Recently been trying all of the honeybush-based teas and have to say this one really has the nuttiness and warmth of freshly roasted hazelnuts. I found that combining this one with the honeybush chocolate and honeybush banana nut, makes for a wonderful combination.
This is one of my favorite teas. I usually drink it in a blend with a nice black tea, maybe a splash of cream so it reminds me of a hazelnut latte. Or sometimes I mix it with honeybush chocolate for a little Nutella type treat. Either way it's sweet and flavorful.
This tea has become my morning favorite. A gentle hazelnut taste with a touch of sweet. Highly recommend it! Honeybush continues to be a favorite.
I continue to order this delicious tea and add it to any other black teas for my morning cuppa! My tea cupboard always has it available!!
This tea was very well balanced. The hazelnut, cream and brightness came through very well. It was like drinking dessert from a cup. I think this would also make a beautiful blending tea.
This is a favorite of the whole family (10)
It has a wonderful sweetness of its own; add a little cream and it makes a great dessert beverage!
This is a nice smooth tea. It goes wonderfully with a cinnamon infused honey. It's smooth and comforting.
While I love the Honeybush, the hazelnut flavor is on the very strong side for me. So if you are into hazelnut with that sweet honeybrush note, you'd love this one!
Update: When it cools down quite a bit the flavor really shines.
3.5/5 stars. I feel likes it's missing something. Though I'm not sure what. Maybe a bit of cinnamon would do the trick?
Great taste. Highly recommend. Pleasant fragrance.
Mmmm, yummy nutty tea. I love hazelnut anything and this makes a lovely treat after dinner. It is good alone or blended with other teas for added nuttiness.
This is the tea that made me a huge Adagio fan one year ago! The whole family loves it. No caffeine so it’s great for an evening drink, and I always refill our cups with hot water and get another tasty round (or iced tea for the next day). Plus it looks gorgeous in glass.
Maybe my favorite tea ever! My husband calls it a “cheater” tea but I do not care! It’s so hazelnutty and the honey bush is so sweet naturally. It’s also great as a latte!
Nutty sweet aroma came from my communiTEA package as I open it. Once brew you can appreciate the woody and earthy notes of the honeybush tea. The nutty flavor of the hazelnuts compliments well the flavor of honeybush tea and its natural sweetness. I added 1/8 tsp of honey to enhance the honey taste of the honeybush tea. It was perfect!
I love honeybush teas in general (decaf is a factor) but some flavors stand out more than others. In my opinion, this hazelnut is right at the top !
I was disappointed in the hazelnut flavor of this tea. I usually love the honeybush flavored teas, but I found this one had an unpleasant undertone. I prefer the Decaf hazelnut cinnamon creme. The hazelnut is much nicer.
This hazelnut tea was very tasty. I added a bit of black tea honey to it and the sweetness was perfect.
Honeybush is such a mellow base. The addition of hazelnut was lightly nutty comfort in a cup. I enjoyed plain but see how the addition of brown sugar could enhance the earthy sweet flavors already present.
This is a delicious cup of tea, perfect for the evenings or on those days when I want to limit my caffeine intake for the day. I brewed it at 195 for 3 minutes. It has a wonderful, sweet, malty taste that needs no additions.
idk maybe i'm not a hazelnut person, a rooibos person, or both
It's a simple, tasty tea - nutty and rich. Well suited for blending with other teas.
