This was my first time trying honeybush so I was not sure what to expect. The hazelnut flavor came through just fine. The tea itself was very light, a stark contrast to say a bold earl gray. Still nice!

This tea taste has vastly improved and is now one of my fave's. Very fruity with a woderful aroma that tastes the way it smells. It is naturally 'sweet' without sugar.

The teawater should have max heat, so the full aroma comes out. Definitely remove the tea leaves at 5 min or a little earlier, to keep the aroma and taste playfully light and full.
I think I may have always had hazelnut mixed in pastries or wit chocolate as I don’t remember exactly how hazelnut alone tastes, so this could be close to straight hazelnut, but to me it has an almost coffee flavor. I think it works better as a blend.
Great fall tea, warm and nutty- have been enjoying adding this to blends. My mom wanted to try this on its own.
Deep, rich flavor. I almost feel like I’m drinking black tea, but without the caffeine. I add chocolate flavored liquid stevia - absolutely delightful,
A fun flavor of decaf tea. I find the price for the amount you get to be well worth it especially with the quality of product.
On the palate the flavor is pretty mild. But the finish is pleasantly nutty.
Hazelnut pairs incredibly well with honeybush, I'll definitely be purchasing a larger bag next time!
I had purchased the sampler for this tea, and after drinking it and the aroma, I had to order a bigger bag. The flavor and the taste of the tea leave me feeling relax and calm. Great tea and my gratitude to the person who came up with this blend of ingredients for this tea.
A nice, nutty, tea that goes great with milk and sweetener. Also goes well iced or cool and is good for bad weather.

I really enjoyed this one. It’s very smooth and has a good flavor, without the hazelnut overpowering the honeybush. I bet this would taste great iced as well. I would happily have this one again.

I thought I liked hazelnut... but this just tastes dirty to me. Like murky warm water. I even tried sweetening, and then adding a cream of choice, hoping flavors would come through... possibly pop. But it's just not doing a thing for me.
I enjoyed this tea a lot! The hazelnut smell and taste are strong, but in a good way. Brewed for 6 minutes with a packet of Splenda.
Update 7/10/2025 I wasn't really feeling this one today, gets a meh from me, tastes evolve and I din't like it compared to other days.
Sometimes the day calls for a nice herbal, this one will do since the one i like the most isn't with me at work.
This tea is a nice slightly sweet and nutty tea. I would like a slightly stronger version.
This one has its fate sealed with me before I brewed it most likely as I do not like hazelnut at all. I still tried it and drank my cup to give it a fair shot especially since I really like honeybush. The honeybush flavor was just not strong enough to overpower the very strong hazelnut here. Maybe a hazelnut rooibos would be a more even flavor match up. Nothing added to my cup. I am sure for those who are more neutral or even love hazelnut this one will be amazing, but just not for me. 212° 5 min
I already had high hopes for this tea as a big hazelnut fan, and my hopes were exceeded! This tea is wonderfully smooth and earthy with a natural sweetness, and leaves a very pleasant lingering aftertaste of a soothing vanilla in your mouth. I tried this with honey, but I think it would taste perfectly fine on its own!

Mild, simple, not fake tasting and I like hazelnut. put almost a tsp of coconut sugar in. I think I've learned that I generally find honeybush teas boring, but this is a pleasant herbal sip and I need to hydrate more :).
I simply love all versions of Honeybush. The Hazlenut is a cozy, delish flavoring. Fantastíque in blends or an enjoyment on its own.
CommuniTEA sample: 5 min @ 212 F, I think of hazelnut as a flavoring for coffee more than tea, and as such, the smell of it starts to push me in the wrong direction. I was pleasantly surprised though, I do think that there's a nice sweetness here, I felt that there was a mild toastiness that I enjoyed, and I enjoy the flavor of honeybush tea. I think it's a good substitute for black tea, and the hazelnut flavor wasn't in as much opposition as I expected it to be.

Delicious, a wonderful dessert tea. The flavor is strong enough on its own, but also wonderful steeped with other teas like lavender.
I love hazelnuts, including the adagio black flavored tea. I'm not the biggest fan of plain honeybush, but these 2 together is just so smooth and good.
This tea has such a lovely hazelnut flavor! Warm, cozy, and perfect for the spring time. I would definitely recommend it!

I enjoy hazelnut flavored products so I gave this Honeybush Hazelnut tea a try. Dry, it smells great, steeping it even more amazing. The hazelnut is so aromatic and pronounced yet pairs well with the sweetness of Honeybush. I have blended this with blueberry and It's quite tasty. It's a Caffeine Free treat for anytime of the day.
Could live and die happily in this tea. Absolutely zero complaints and I splurged on the bigger package ad soon as I could. Love it!

I love this stuff! It really scratches the itch for a hazelnut latte. Great sweetened, but I typically enjoy it just with half-n-half.
Not bad tasting but not my favorite definitely can taste the haznut but didn't the other flavors mixed with it.
Better than I thought. Love hazelnut coffee but don't drink it anymore and this made me feel like I was drinking coffee lol . Yum 😋
Terrible customer service! My order never arrived and after trying to work with customer service for 3 weeks was told to contact the police department and report the package as stolen! The order total was $30.75 but they will do nothing. Buyer Beware!
The suggestion for steeping is 5 minutes but I left it a minute longer. This tea is so good. Wonderful hazelnut flavor.

One of my favorite flavored coffees is a hazelnut vanilla, and this tea has the same comforting flavor for me. Highly enjoyed it sweetened with a little monk fruit.
I LOVE THIS TEA. It’s rich and smooth, with plenty of hazelnut both in scent and taste. It’s excellent with a quarter teaspoon of honey or plain and wonderful with simple cookies. I accidentally forgot a cup of this while it was steeping the other day, and after steeping for six hours and going stone cold, it was STILL delicious. I drink this tea nearly every day; I cannot recommend it enough.
