For me green rooibos was an acquired taste. I have tried several brands because of the health benefits and it is easy on the stomach. This one is my favorite and I think it is a good value for the quality
This natural sweetness and low tannin content ensure a smooth, never bitter brew that requires little if any, sweetener. Like red rooibos, it is also naturally caffeine-free and great plain or flavored, hot or iced for anytime enjoyment.

Green Rooibos is a great change of pace from red Rooibos and Honeybush. Light and fresh tasting with no bitterness. Green tea vibes without the caffeine!
I think I am just not a green rooibos fan. I prefer the red.
Good green tea replacement. I have started mixing it with spearmint to make a Moroccan blend.
I mean, it's green rooibos. Nothing special, just a good, woody tasting drink to have late at night. Now as a base for blends, it works really well. On it's own it's just average.
This is my 2nd favorite non-flavored tea. It has a light citrusy flavor with a mellow vegetal undertone. I prefer to drink it cold but it's not a bad hot tea either. Mixes great with just about any flavored herbal tea.
My bestest favorite!! Tastes kind like green tea minus the caffeine. I can drink it anytime!
mild flavor reminiscent of gen mai cha green tea without the caffine, my fave herbal
Green rooibos is so smooth and with no caffeine it is just like green tea but so much better
I was hoping that this would taste closer to a more grassy, vegetal green tea than it does. It's not the perfect caffeine-free substitute for green tea, but it's still a nice woodsy cup.
Too strong for me on it's own. Great when mixed with Chamomile
This lovely green rooibos has a fresher, more delicate flavor than its red rooibos counterpart. A perfect tea for mornings, Spring days or any time the mood strikes.
I am a red rooibos fan, but this time I decided to try the green, and found that I enjoyed it , for a change.
I LOVE the green rooibos bonita, so I wanted to try the other green rooibos teas. This is good, but it's kind of boring and plain. Very herby, more delicate than a red rooibos. But I would rather have the bonita.
I only recently started drinking Rooibos teas, and I would never have tried this if I hadn't received it as a CommuniTea sample. It is sweet and complex and soothing, and a perfect afternoon tea. It is great hot or iced. This is a new staple in my tea collection.
I purchased a sample as part of a rooibos exploration. The dry tea has an earthy smell, like hay in a barn or those crackers that you feed to goats in a petting zoo. I did two teaspoons of tea and 16oz of water at 212F for 5mins in a glass tea steeper. It's relaxing to watch the water darken and the tea bits float around during the brewing process. The smell is less earthy after brewing, but there is still a very organic scent. The taste is similar to the smell - grassy and earthy, but not overwhelmingly so. It's somewhat plain, but I find it calming. With zero caffeine, I can enjoy it at the end of the day.
Not a huge fan. Just not my cup of tea. Does not go well with milk.
This is a great, subtle based to blend in with other teas as it's got less of a caramel/vanilla taste than the red rooibos. I have blended it with the Spearmint to great affect.
Delicious! This is my go to when I want a green or black tea aura with no caffeine
Green tea is green tea. I like to add it to my other teas
My bf enjoyed this tea. It has a nice earthy taste which is slightly different then just green tea by itself
Herbal and piney, a lot like green tea but without the caffeine.
Adagio has such a wide selection of tea! This is one of the first new tea I've tried from them and it's truly delightful!
This tea is full of antioxidants and is healthy. That said, I prefer the stronger rooibos flavor over this green rooibos.
I'm more a red fan but this was an interesting try and would be good as a base for other tea flavors
I loved this tea from the communitea box so I had to get myself a sample packet. Nice and sweet with a slightly vegetal 'green tea' flavor, it's absolutely delicious!
I like the fresh quality of this tea, particularly iced. Not as smoky as the red rooibos. Tastes slightly floral and grassy.
This is a reliable base for other flavored teas, like berry blends. It does not have much flavor on its own, in my opinion.
Wonderful, like an extra-smooth, low-tannin, and fragrantly vegetal green tea. I enjoy it plain or blended with other herbal teas (especially chamomile and mint). I use it make sun tea as well as brewing it hot.
It’s good. I think I like regular “red” roobios better honestly. It’s a little sweeter. This has a slight grassy taste to it which I can see would be nice if that’s what your going for. Kinda almost like a green tea but no caffeine and not quite as good as most “good quality” green teas. But it’s decent.
This is a staple for me! I drink it in one form or another ALL DAY!
I am not fond of red rooibos by itself or in blends. I have noticed, however, that I find blends with green rooibos to be quite tasty. Green rooibos by itself is nice, but ultimately uninteresting. I sometimes drink it when I need a decaf option.
All I can say is WOW! I heard that green rooibus was different from the red so I thought I would give it a go. This is my new favorite hot tea! It tastes like a not-bitter and a little bit weak black tea to me. Traditional tea affects my acid reflux but I love the taste with lots of sugar. So I'm thrilled to have found this herbal tea that wont bother my reflux. This green rooibus tastes slightly sweet and I just adore it! I'm so happy that I tried it.
Unlike it’s red variant, I really enjoy green rooibos, and having it all by itself confirmed this! It’s a light, earthy flavor, not too different from a regular green tea. Many greens have a strong, grass or seaweed type flavor, and that is what’s missing to distinguish from those. This would be a great base to add more flavors, but it was also a good cup by itself.
I wasn't sure about this tea. I really don't like red rooibos. However, the green is totally different and really enjoyable!! I love that its caffeine free, nice to enjoy in the evening with a little honey.
This is an absolutly wonderfull green tea and the fact that it has no caffine means its great for a tea late in the day.
Subtle and earthy... a nice tea to drink while watching the rain
The natural sweetness kind of threw me because I could actually taste it. This is a little too grassy for my tastes but it's a good tea all the same.
I’m a die hard black tea fan so this did not thrill me.
Tastes ok. I don’t taste anything particularly special to be honest but tastes fine
I like this tea, which surprised me because I can’t stand rooibos. It’s nice and mellow but it would not be my first choice for a green tea.
Good for a green rooibos. I prefer more complex flavors and fruit in my blends.
I like green rooibos as a base for fruit teas, especially iced. It's OK on its own, nothing special.
This is a simple, relaxing tea for when you're not really looking for big flavors. It would also go well with flavored honeys if you've been wanting a tea that could pair well.
Very mellow. This would make a nice caffeine-free tea for evenings for someone who does not like a strong flavor or if you're not in the mood for anything in particular. I could also see it being a good iced tea.
This is a nice, simple, fresh-tasting tea. I received it as part of CommuniTEA and enjoyed it.
Usually I despise anything that has rooibos, so I was quite surprised that I didn't want to spit it out immediately and dump it. It's not bad. It's light, which is a nice summer feel. There's not a lot of flavor. It's an ok green option.
I mistakenly over-brewed this tea. It was superb! This is a definite wish list for the next order.
This is a nice, light, flowery-fruity tea - doesn't need any sweetener to be a joy to drink. I love all of Adagio's green rooibos blends, especially the teaster marshmallow and the bonita, but this is so lovely on its own that it might just have to end up in my collection!
I do not like green rooibos that much, but this tea is quite pleasant and smooth.
