I love regular rooibos and I love green tea. This is a great tea. I think I might like it better than regular rooibos
This natural sweetness and low tannin content ensure a smooth, never bitter brew that requires little if any, sweetener. Like red rooibos, it is also naturally caffeine-free and great plain or flavored, hot or iced for anytime enjoyment.

Creamy rooibos flavor. I didnt think I would enjoy this as much as I did.
Very good! Not intriguing enough for me to order on its own but would drink again if offered! Smooth, no bitterness. I steeped with hot water, let cool, and then placed in the fridge overnight and still no bitterness!
I tend to prefer green teas most of the time, and this is a good caffeine-free alternative for drinking in the evenings.
Light flavor, more on the green tea side than the rooibas. I usually add honey but this one didn't need any.
It will never be my favorite tea, but it has a great taste. Would drink it again.
Nice light tea. Enjoyed this and the mild flavor is relaxing.
Great caffeine free option without the frills and flavors. Grassy, mildly citrusy taste. Still has that rooibos after flavor but not as strong as after red.
Beautiful color. I added sweetener. It’s ok. I wouldn’t mind keeping a sample on hand for guests. It reminds me of the tea they serve as Chinese restaurants.
I am not a fan of rooibos in general, although this is mild and smooth and I do like it better than red rooibos.
It's ok, but for me it leaves something missing, I could see it being exactly what I want if I had a cold and just wanted something hot and herb-y. But, by itself, it's more of a ready canvas than a painting.
I’m kinda in the middle with this one. I may be nuts, but I think brewed, this one has a dried bay leaf aroma. It’s very light in tannins, but not bitter. The taste is more pleasing than the red version and sticks around for a while on the palate. Better left for the herbal blends. (5 mins @ 212F, 1/4 tsp sugar)
A little bland on its own, to be honest. I do like it better than red rooibos -- I've long noticed that my preferred rooibos blends actually use green rooibos -- but this is my first time trying it on its own and seems likely to be my last. Great dressed up but I've got no use for it without the trimmings; a true nevernude.
I have a hard time liking rooibos teas. This one is plain, so I was a little apprehensive to try it. Not bad, tastes better than it smells for sure. Smell is not great, but the taste is like a light hint of maybe a stone fruit type palette, but not super flavorful otherwise.
Smooth, semi-earthy flavor that satisfies but not excites.
As you might expect from a rooibos with no additions this tea doesn't have much to it. I'll probably finish the bag by adding in some flavorings my mom buys for her coffee. For me this was too much of a base without any real distinguishing flavor if its own.
This was very too light for me. Not enough punch to it. Just a tea like any other you could get in the grocery store.
It takes the wonderful taste of rooibos and gives it a lighter taste. Great for those wanting the green tea antioxidants with the light rooibos flavor.
I am sooo glad I tried this. Very refreshing. A nice evening tea.
Surprisingly good. Full flavor that's much more mild and pleasant than ordinary rooibos. Smells nice, as well.
Was not the biggest fan of regular roobois on its own so I figured try this one. Smells kind of barnyardy not in a bad way. Somewhat of a seaweed/green taste up front that fades into a tobacco thing.
Really tasty! A pleasant milder unfermented version of rooibus for when you're feeling more chill
The kids love it
Mild and neutral. Very good by itself, and excellent for blends. It has a subtle wood/earth aroma and taste with none of the 'bite' of red rooibos. I like combining other teas or herbs with this, and it usually turns out great. I keep a bit of this on hand at all times.
I want to say this feels like a milder version of regular rooibos. Yum!
This is a great rooibos for creating your own blends with. It has a normal rooibos taste and is a great herbal (no caffeine).
I m still trying to figure out how this compares to regular red rooibos, but it s definitely delicious!
This was an excellent tea. It s a cleaner taste than the red (which I love as well). It s a nice alternative.
Uniquely green, but still has a lot of the same characteristics as red rooibos. An interesting afternoon or evening sipper.
I am a fruit tea kind of person and found this one not to my personal taste. Kinda bland for me.
Very good indeed. A very nice green and I enjoy it mostly in the afternoon.
I love this tea. It's light and smooth but doesn't lack body. When I steep it in a tea bag I'm able to keep it in the cup without becoming astringent/bitter. It's very versatile and forgiving. You'll find it extremely hard to brew wrong.
This tea is great! I love green Rooibos. It has zero caffeine so I can drink it at night. It's great to add to other herbal teas to give it more flavor.
a soft green flavor, that was great made iced, with a lemon slice.
Exactly what I wanted. Sweet, grassy, creamy, and no sharp flavor.
Wonderful flavor. A little lighter taste compared to Red Rooibos. Can combine with other herbal teas for a more complex flavor.
I was a little disappointed with this one. It basically tasted like a very weak rooibos. Not bad, but not unique, either.
I much prefer green rooibos to the red. It seems smoother and more comforting. I like it both hot and cold, with or without a little stevia.
One my favorites. When I brew it, my wife loves the aroma in the room. This tea is great at noon time
I really love this tea. It s a brighter, fruitier taste than I was necessarily expecting, but as an additional twist to other blends it makes for a lovely spike of healthy goodness. Would get again.
I have not got the mixture of time, temp, and amount of tea right. Kinda weak
I ve enjoyed red rooibos tea for over years. The green surprised me. I really liked the crisp, less fruity, taste. And the color reminded me of an aged green tea
It lacks depth as a stand-alone tea, but I think it'd make a good base for blending.
This is a good alternative to a decaf green tea however would still prefer they carried a decaf green tea.
Like it cold, hot and luke warm. Love it. Love it. Love it.
Overall, one of the best green teas I have tried. Steeped twice, both were good with a light flavor that did not overpower, but first steep was better. Very forgiving if you overbrew as it does not get bitter as some greens do.
An excellent variation on standard red rooibos! Green rooibos adds a complexity that the more gruff red seems to lose.
Really love this tea. It s a sweet, mild taste that s great when you want something non-floral and non-fruit but also caffeine free.
I have had a hard time finding a fresh rooibos! this was a great find and I will continue to order this wonderful antioxidant in a cup.
First, I can't detect any significant difference between the green and standard rooibos. Perhaps a side-by-side comparison would expose some difference? Anyway, this seems to be a good quality rooibos, so if you like rooibos, then I suspect you'll be happy with this tea. I've deducted one star because of the aforementioned indistinction - and because rooibos is not one of my favorite teas.
I don't like red rooibos, so I was hesitant to order this. I enjoyed it much more! It was good both hot or cool.
