Very smooth but the vanilla flavor is not strong enough for my taste. I think this would really benefit from the addition of vanilla beans. I made mine with sugar and cream and added 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract and it was just right.
This tea itself is tasty. I got it in teabags so it's easier to drink at work. The tea bags just do not have enough tea in them, they maybe make a 6 oz cup. I know tea bags will be more expensive, but I'd at least like them to be filled enough to make an 8-10 oz cup.
Smooth and rich and just the right amount of vanilla. Not your grocery store blend!
Vanilla Oolong is my second choice after the Almond Oolong. It's vanilla flavor is great, not too much. It blends with the earthiness of the Oolong perfectly. An all around perfect cup of tea. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn't go as far to say that vanilla oolong is cookie-ish, but it is definitely a great tea to have along with cookies--a perfect dessert tea! A mix of subtle vanilla and added sugar (preferably brown honey rock sugar) along with milk/cream. Smooth, subtle, and makes for a great cup!
It's not surprising that I liked this because oolong is my favorite type of tea. It's very creamy and smooth.

This tea came right when I needed it most. It's comforting and soothing. The vanilla scent is very strong, almost over powering, but it is only a subtle taste. The oolong itself is okay, but it's a more well rounded flavor than the straight up vanilla black tea. I needed something smooth and relaxing, and I found it in this tea.
Pleasant and mellow flavor. Not artificial. I opted to brew for four minutes and it was good. Could brew for less and have good, maybe better results. I prefer the almond oolong, I may try blending them.
I liked the vanilla black better. This one actually smells and tastes more like caramel than vanilla!
I have to say Oolong tea's are my favorites and this one is very smooth and calming. Would be great with some strawberry pieces added. I would absolutely recommend this tea.

Delicious! A great solid base to add herbal teas to - my favourite morning mix is either peach or vanilla oolong with my customary raspberry leaves or other medicinal herbal tea. Great by itself too, and holds up to re-steeping!

I really, really love this tea. I purchased this tea with the Tiger Eye tea and am very pleased with both of them. The Vanilla Oolong has a sweet tone that makes the tea very pleasant and soothing. The brown sugar and honey flavors make this a great tea to settle in with in the evening! I love it!
I prefer a regular vanilla black tea, but the vanilla oolong is a close second.
This is one of my favorite teas! The flavor is warm, well rounded, and sweet without being overwhelming. I enjoy it with a teaspoon of honey.

I adore oolong teas...this is a tea that I will keep on hand at all times. Great treat when I get home from a day of teaching middle schoolers!!
This tea is good has a hint of vanilla which I love and just your classic oolong tea.
When I opened the package, I was in heaven- the smell is amazing! Sadly, when I brewed the first cup, it was weaksauce. I enjoy darker teas- yunnan noir is a favourite- and this was my first foray into oolong. I'm a bit disappointed.

Vanilla and oolong don't seem like they should be together, but this works out oddly well. The vanilla is almost indetectable minus the smell, but the resulting tea is very smooth. I haven't tried sweetening it, but I've never sweetened oolong in general.
I put a lot of milk with this one. Almost wish it had a more prominent oolong flavor though.

A lot of reviews have said that this tea doesn't have much vanilla in it but I find that it has more than enough vanilla. it's very sweet. Probably one of my favorite on adagio.
