This oolong was pretty good. I enjoyed the taste and aroma of the tea however it did feel as though it needed a little more of the vanilla flavor to be perfect.
Rich vanilla taste, almost cookie like. Great to relax with on a cold winter night. Compliments a bowl of Dunhill Mixture 965 perfectly.
I know that Oolongs are a bridge tea between Green and Black. But this one is a little too close to black for my taste. But for someone who needs a more robust flavor, this is a great Oolong for you.
Well, it's oolong, and it's vanilla. It's decent, but I don't actually think I've ever had a straight oolong before and the... almost earthy taste of it? surprised me a bit. It isn't bad, just something that I'd need to be in the mood for, and in my opinion is better suited for blends, though from what I've noticed it's only noticeable in some blends (and I'm not sure why. it wasn't an especially weak tea).
Anyway, if you want a simple oolong that's sweet and a little creamy, do recommend. Won't buy again, but will definitely finish.

I love vanilla teas and this vanilla oolong is exceptional as well. It brews to a medium amber color and the flavors are extremely balanced and smooth. This is a perfect tea for company as well as a treat for oneself. I will be buying more of this tea for sure...

I would have liked to smell more vanilla. Sometimes oolong is not good to me, but this was mild and I liked it.

This is my first oolong, and I'm not sure what makes it much different from black tea. The vanilla tastes much the same as adagio's vanilla black tea, although I guess the astringency is much less in comparison. This is a nice, light tea. If you like vanillas, you'll like it.

Unfortunately, my original order only included this tea as a free sample. Now that I am absolutely addicted to this super sweet, sugar-cookie-scented oolong masterpiece, had to immediately order a 16oz portion of it. The soft, creamy vanilla notes will immediately lull you into a sense of child-like wonder, as the sophisticated, rich oolong earthiness will leave you feeling centered and at ease with your adult self. Definitely a strong vanilla flavor, but not overpowering. This was a very enjoyable tea, especially when combined with the coconut pouchong.
One of my favorite teas from adagio! Warm, comforting vanilla meshes very well with the oolong, for a light and sweet black tea. I'm keeping this one on hand at all times, because I suspect it will also blend very well.

This was sweet and mellow with a medium body and all the characteristics of a flavorful oolong tea. I have enjoyed this tea both by itself as well as mixing it with other teas.
This tea tastes gorgeous, and I wish I'd bought more than a sample. After I smelled it, I expected a strong, possibly-overwhelming vanilla flavor. Instead, it was more subtle, a delicate and flavorful compliment to the oolong. It tasted good unsweetened, but to me, just a bit of white sugar brought out the flavors even more. I love it.

This is my first experience with an oolong tea. It didn't disappoint at all.
Bold, woodsy oolong with a hint of vanilla in the finish. I found it to be a smooth tea and would buy it again for its oolong character as oppose to the vanilla flavor.
To me this tea smells great and is very inviting when you first open the package. I was disappointed though to taste it and not experience the flavor to match the scent. I will try this tea again and maybe double the amount of tea or mix with another tea. For me this tea is too mild. I like stronger flavors.
I love this tea. It tastes good separate and in various blends. I'm glad the vanilla isn't too overpowering and I can still tell this is an oolong instead of having the vanilla overtake everything. It's a soft hint that tastes and smells great.
Simply delicious. Vanilla is hard to do wrong, but this is done very right! I haven't found my perfect way of serving the tea yet, but I've liked everything I've tried in it.

The vanilla adds just enough of a sweetness for it to be a great soothing drink to add to breakfast. Definitely doesn't need a lot of sweetener, though it's difficutl to remind myself that this is a morning drink, since it is an oolong, and I don't want to stay up all night!

The vanilla flavor is mild. It was fine both unsweetened and with a little agave nectar. It's a simple, straightforward sort of tea, and that can be a good thing sometimes. I think it would be nice with dessert.

To me the vanilla oolong has no taste, I honestly just cant seem to taste anything. Which I guess is good? I think it would be a good tea for someone who isn't into strong teas.
What can be said other than this is one of our favorites. Both my wife and I drink this regularly. It is exceptionally smooth with a great bouquet. If you like it a bit stronger, put in 1.5 teaspoons per 6oz.
Tastes like someone let a cookie dissolve in a cup of oolong. Perhaps the taste is more like cereal? It's warm and nice without being cloying, but I probably won't reorder. Glad I sampled.

I'm new to oolong, but it's fast becoming a favorite of mine. This is a really soothing tea and the vanilla is definitely prominent, but you still get a good feel for the oolong aspect.
