Delicate lovely body that relaxes the spirit and mind
Legendary and beloved oolong tea from Fujian, China. Warm, soft and soothingly mineral in texture. Notes of toasted walnut and tender collard greens. Intriguing lingering floral aroma, lightly orchid, and gentle astringency. A meditative cup.

Delicate lovely body that relaxes the spirit and mind
Good, solid ti kuan yin, but not spectacular. Pretty mild flavor.
I'm usually not a fan of oolongs, but this one is interesting and not too strong.
Light and slightly more floral than the Jade Oolong, but just as enjoyable.
This is a good oolong, I would consider it a good value.
This tea, though expensive, was most certainly worth it. I love oolong and this is by far the best oolong I have ever tasted. Its scent is pleasantly floral as well as its flavor. Best with a touch of honey if you like your tea a bit sweet, it compliments the floral aroma very well.
Love this tea! Great aroma and wonderful taste
Excellent jade oolong. Very smooth, never bitter, always a winner.
This is better than most oolongs I have purchased online so far (including from Adagio), but it is one of the more boring oolongs I have had.
I love oolong teas and this may be my favorite. Actually is better upon second infusion. I find that sugar is a must for this tea to bring out all the flavors.
This tea has always been a favorite since a friend brought me some from China. Very full bodied distictive flavor, once sampled, always remembered.
ti kuan yin is a very mellow Oolong. The Liquor is jade in color, has a very floral aroma to it, and notes of lilac blossom's are definitely tasted as I sip this mellow Oolong. It finishes buttery, tasting this floral delight well after sipping. I rate it good cause I have had better, but rather enjoyable.
Green, floral oolong with a tinge of natural sweetness. It seemed reminiscent of Ali Shan in many respects. My primitive means of water temperature calcultion may have been a bit off, as many batches were nearly as astringent as my least favorite green teas.
I at first doubted that I could get good tea online, and was tempted to drive to one of my favorite mom and pop shops. I am very pleasantly pleased at the quality of the Ti Kuan Yin here. The leaves unfurl with great beauty, the cup is very fragrant and sweet, the color a perfect soft green. I am in love.
I love the nutty, aromatic taste of this light oolong.
Lovely. I'm a fan of ti kuan yin blends in general, but I found this one to be the most forgiving when it came to a bit of oversteeping and also delicious through multiple steeps. Great stuff.
Although pricey, I love this tea. Great aroma and wonderful taste.
This is not a bad Ti Kwan Yin, but it isn't especially flavorful. If this were cheap, it would be a nice daily drinker, but much better examples can be found for the same money or slightly more.
One of my favorite teas of all time--I used to hate oolongs, but it really is a great morning tea for me. Light, floral, a little mineral-y, and really great for resteepings. Play with the multiple infusions--one minute here, thirty seconds here, and another minute one, for example. You really will get the most bang for your buck that way.
Lovely honey taste with a good floral bouqet...similar to its master blend Fujian Ti Kuan Yin. Of the two I would say it is very similar, but has less complexity of taste.
Great tea. Very aromatic, similar to other ti kuan yin but less expensive.
This is not a bad tea, just not what I was looking for. And a little more of a vegetable flavor than I like in my teas.
Good, but in my opinion, not great. I'm a big oolong fan- I like the green flowery sweet oolongs. This one was a little flat- liked the formosa pouchong better.
i love this oolong its not as floral as huang jin bolero (which is my favorite)but its great none the less
I'm sure this is a high quality tea, but it just doesn't do it for me. It doesn't have any of the strong notes that I love in a pure green or a traditional oolong.
I find this tea to be delicious. I especially like the teabag version because I feel it has a stronger and better aroma/flavor.
don't let the higher price for this distinguished tea dissuade you from a purchase. it's a staple in my kitchen, and satisfies a broad range of preferences and palettes. recommended.
Could use a sharper flavor, but caffeine level was just right.
A good ti kuan yin. The floral aspects come through strong and there is a subdued buttery aftertaste.
Mmmmmmm. Very floral, light, and refreshing. All around, a very good cup of tea.
Definitely can taste the orchids in this tea. Extremely floral, light flavor, almost has a smoothness going down. Don't throw away the leaves right away, the more steepings you do, the more the leaves open up. They fully open up about the 4th infusion.
This is one of those teas which, without hyperbole, may lay claim to some unique quality which sets it apart from all the rest. It has a lovely floral-yet-vegetal aroma, and I find that the taste is reminiscent of a nice green tea flavored with honeysuckle. I really enjoyed this one!
Excellent! Light
This one, along with ali shan, is hands down one of my all time favorite teas. I can't recommend it enough.
It's really good with chinese food~! Of course it's good alone too~!
Great tasting oolong , the best i have tries so far,
A wonderful lighter oolong that tastes more like a green to me, but no doubt contains that wonderful nutty, mineral oolong flavor.
We just signed up for auto-shipments of this tea.. Yum yum
I'm new to oolongs. I usually only drink silver needle whites and high quality greens. I wanted to get into the complex world of oolongs though. This was the perfect step into oolongs as, I feel, it is very close to white in taste. It is very light with a more 'tannin-y' mouthfeel than my usual white. I had imagined oolongs to be more like black tea which are too dark and teeth staining:-) for me. So this was a pleasant step into oolongs for me. So if you like whites, this is a good tea..if you're expecting a heavy morning dark tea, you might be disappointed.
Full, floral, and buttery. Not quite as full-bodied as I was expecting, but the taste is super delicious and this tea is great for multiple infusions. Flavor starts to really come out on the 2nd-3rd cup.
This tea is sweet and rewarding! A light honey flavor, it relaxes me and sets me into happiness. 10 stars out of 10 !
The taste can lasts a long time. I like it! I will commend to my friends.
One of my all time favorites, I drink Ti Kuan Yin practically everyday. Able to get multiple infusions out of this full leaf tea. Lightly floral in aroma and taste, this tea is smooth and addictive.
Not a bad tea by any means (I never found a ti kuan yin that I didn't like), but as TKY's go, this one is a bit too green, giving it that underlying vegetal flavor (a sure sign of a more pedestrian TKY harvest). With the huge variability in quality of TKY's available on the market, fans of TKY's are always examining the 'taste to price' ratio, as I like to call it. On that scale, this one is a bit too expensive for it's quality, in my experience. For my money, I rather spend it on Adagio's Masters variety of TKY which is far superior to this one in most every way (even though it costs more than twice as much -- for me, the extra quality in this case is worth the extra cost).
this tea is great for multiple steepings. gets better and better. I let it go much longer than the recommended time as well.
Very mellow. It has a calming effect. Recommended.
Lovely tea, but I find that it need a longer steep time to fully unfold.
Iron Goddess of Mercy tea - aka tea to be drunk on days where more energy than normal is predicted to be exerted
I've had ti kuan yin from other sources, but this one is really brilliant. Clear tasting, complex but simple. I really like it.
This is a greener oolong. It tastes good, except the floral undertones are a little too strong for my tastes.
