Interesting flavor. Minerally with hints of peach and almost a fig like flavor.

I am new to the Oolong teas. This one is very mild, for my taste. But over all a good tea.

★★★★★

This is an excellent tea! I would definately recommend trying this tea!

★★★★★

Great oolong, the tea has a very light color when fully steeped.

I enjoy the clean, mineral flavor but it always tastes like I'm drinking a second steep.

Everything you want in an oolong. Not too strong or complex but definitely layers flavors.. Pleasant after taste

Oh Shui Xian, you might be my favorite Yancha! So with that I might be extra harsh on this tea. I liked it, it was not the best I have ever had, but it was good. The flavor notes present were clear and clean, just not very potent, I think if it was a stronger tea I would love it instead.

A nice oolong, akthough nowhere near the jade oolong. Its good, but not great

★★★★☆

Like other reviewers, I wondered how a tea could taste like minerals. Now I know. It's a very interesting flavor, to say the least. I agree that this is probably comparable to drinking straight from a spring. I prefer my tea sweet, so this isn't my favorite. But it wasn't for me! The recipient enjoyed it. Update: Interestingly, the second steeping is much more mineral-ish and actually smells like dried seaweed snacks.

I liked that this oolong is darker and has a stronger flavor. This is a good everyday drinkable tea.

★★★★★

I love this tea. It's a splendid drink just by itself. Fujian Rain is characterized by a deep mineral flavor. it tastes like mountains.

★★★★★

This tea tastes very good. It's got that classic oolong taste with a sweetness to it.

★★★★★

I love watching the oolong leaves during the steeping. The flavor is light and refreshing.

★★★★☆

Taste like a traditional oolong in my opinion, no astringency whatsoever and a buttery mouth feel, good value!

This is a wonderful oolong. Perfect, for me, for the afternoon. It has a delicious clean and mineral flavor. The flavor lasts through numerous steepings. I love it.

I love this tea so much! It's definitely on my tops. I've actually purchased the biggest size possible. Much like the Summer Rose tea is my sweet favorite, this is my non-sweet favorite. The mineral-like taste is great, there's just something about the smell and flavor combo that really makes for a great cup. I can only describe it as a hot, delicious, rainy day in a cup (but like a cold rainy day, but in the form of hot tea).

This was a really nice green tea. Great flavor, not too light.

★★★★★

I bought this tea to replace my last green tea and it was great.

Fujian teas are my favorite for their malty flavor and chocolate overtones. This is lighter than my favorite, Fujian Baroque, but still a nice tea.

Clean crisp notes while it had a taste of a warm hug it was full of flavor and very easy on the pallete

I prefer dark oolongs and this one hits all the right notes! Lovely mineral flavors- slightly smoky aroma- flavor of damp leaves (in a good way!) with creamy texture on palate- 2nd steeping can get bitter-

In short, I have no complaints - it steeps, smells, and tastes just as advertised.

A very unique tea. It is certainly not lacking in flavor. There is a strong mineral flavor, almost like soil. Perhaps not an everyday tea, but one to mix it up for sure.

I love this tea, It changes the longer you steep it. Start with just 3 minutes and add a minute each time and see what you think.

★★★☆☆

Not a favorite, it's not something I'd recommend or buy again.

★★★★☆

Very nice mild flavor and great taste in this tea.

★★★★★

A nice smokey tea! I was worried it the mineral taste would be strong but it really isn't. I would say the overall taste profile is very balanced. This is a different tasting tea but normal enough to be an everyday tea.

Anyone that loves a good Oolong will not be disappointed with this.

One of my top three oolong teas on this site. Good flavor and enjoyable scent

★★★★★

So this tea took over pu erh as my favorite. It smells clean in the same way that earth smells after a thunderstorm. It's clear and crisp... Delicious hot but somehow still more refreshing than water. Just try it! You'll understand :)

just ok, doesn't have a character, I'd go with another oolong

This was a nice oolong tea. I loved the subtle sweet notes and well as the earthy properties.

One of my hands-down favorite teas. Drinking it is like licking a river rock. And I mean that in the best way possible.

Top quality tea with no aftertaste. Clean taste!!!

I swear they put crack in the tea because it is the only tea I have had that I am addicted to. I literally crave this tea.

I mix this tea with the Yunnan Jig (sort of making my own versions of Adagio's Mambo) and it's delicious. A pinch of Yunnan Jig and a pinch of the Fujian Rain brewed quickly (less than two minutes) makes a lovely, flavorful cup of tea.

This is a total cheat of a review, but they haven't taken it off of the screen, SO! I've sadly only had one cup of this tea. A friend sent me a small sample, and I loved it enough to buy a larger bag of it. Unfortunately it was out of stock and a glitch in the system still let me order it, but this is one of those teas that I am still foaming at the mouth wanting more of!

A beautiful, soothing oolong that really lives up to its 'rain' name. The mineral flavor and aroma is both heady and refreshing, just like the outdoors after a spring rain shower! Slightly astringent but not bitter in the slightest, this is a wonderful drink.

This tea was amazing! I recommend this to those who are new to tea and want to experience something that they are used to, processed items. This tea tastes EXACTLY like animal crackers! This tea sample was great while it lasted. I ended up giving it to a friend/teacher of mine because of their fantasm of Chinese culture.

didn't like the mineral taste, though the name attracted me

★★★★★

I should have brewed it at the lower temperature suggested, but it was very good!

★★★★☆

This is the darkest oolong I've had, and it has a great flavor. Strong at first, then more delicate upon re-steeping. And I suggest re-steeping with this one, because it's stands up to it so well. Also, grab one of Adagio's glass cups then forgo the infuser basket. The leaves unfurl to their full-sized glory that is pretty to look at and a joy to drink all day long.

★★★★☆

My recent favorite. This has been getting me through long busy work days lately. Just the right amount of caffeine for a pick me up without being jittery, plus a mellow calming flavor. Very enjoyable.

★★★★★

This was my first oolong tea, and I'm glad it was. Smells like a meadow after a rainstorm, and has a clean mineral taste which evolves into a fruity sweetness as you sip... Also steeps well a second time. More of a vegetable flavor on the second infusion, with the mineral taste still present but less powerful.

A light refreshing tea for the morning. I do not like strong heavy teas and this one is far from that. It leaves a good taste behind after each sip. I will definitely add this to my favorites list.

★★★★☆

This is an alright oolong, but I the low price makes this a staple in my tea collection at work. And though I say its alright, its still a leap above the 'oolong' teas in the vending machine.

★★★★☆

I dont know what about it, but something about it reminds me of summer rain shower. Maybe it tastes like rain smells? It is a good afternoon tea.

Such a great tea to drink hot when having guests over. The tea tastes fresh like rain water and it is slightly sweet. I tried to steep 3 times, but I decided that somewhere between 1st adn 2nd steep is the best so I let it steeps for a few minutes longer for a bolder flavor.
