Awesome Oolong tea - it tastes almost like the Red Bloom Tea that Adagio used to sell a couple years ago. Just be sure not to let it steep longer than 4 minutes or so. Definitely has a floral aroma.

My favorite so far, extremely good flavor. I also enjoy this with a pinch of spearmint.

A smooth cup of oolong where every taste felt like it belonged.

This is a smooth, but deep flavored oolong with the traditional dark color. I like to mix this with a flavored tea, it adds a nice depth to the herbal teas.

OK quality Taiwanese oolong. I liked this one alright.

I really liked this a lot and drink it all the time, just don't see a big difference with the oolong #8

Hmmm, something was a bit off with my order, it was just flat with little flavor. The tea leaves looked and smelled fine, the taste was the problem... it just wasn't as it should be.

How old is this batch anyway?

A wonderfully well-balanced tea that's big without being aggressive. Hints of peach on the tongue and an intriguing musty smell. Good for three or four infusions.

Oh. My. Golly. Is this ever a great tea. My absolute favorite from Adagio. Smooth, but full-bodied. My mother and I adore this tea, and while pricy, I will keep this one well stocked. If I had to have only one tea - this would be it.

My favorite of the unflavored Oolongs. Milder than #8 and #18. Wonderful way to start the morning!

another great afternoon tea, best tasting with mild amounts of sweetner, otherwise you will miss the subtle variation of flavors.

Good oolong, I appreciate the leaf quality of this tea, a lot of whole leaves.

This is not my favorite oolong from Adagio, but I like it quite a bit. Very straightforward oolong tea, nothing adventurous, fairly mild. Maybe a good place to start if you've never tried oolong before.

This is a mild oolong with a slightly fruity flavor. Very smooth.

Wonderful Bai Hao style (Oriental Beauty) with fantastic floral and fruity aromas, smooth as silk.

I am new to oolong teas. This one makes me want to try more. It is very similar to black tea, but slightly lighter. I tasted some subtle fruity notes.

One of my favorite oolongs! For me I get more flavor with the tea being steep for 3 min. And the water temp at 200 I also enjoy this oolong as an iced tea.

I am a big fan of oolong, and this was tea had a great taste to it. It's very well balanced, and not too over powering.

This tea has a musty smell to it that was hard for me to get past, but the flavor is much better. Ok tea, not great--would not likely buy again. I guess I'm just more into fruits and florals... :-)

A nice example of a mellow oolong, but somewhat expensive.

My girlfriend loves this one and drinks it all the time.

I like the pleasant, peachy flavor of this tea though it would have more of a toasty flavor with the darker leaves.

This one was ligher than I expected but in a great way! It was very smooth. I really enjoyed this one and once I am done with the sample, I expect to buy a larger size.

This was a wonderful oolong--very peachy, and not too dark-flavored, either.

So far my absolute favorite tea from Adagio. This tea is perfect for a quiet morning or afterwork drink. Reading other reviews I didn't understand what a 'buttery' flavor meant. After drinking this tea, now I know. This tea is sweet but light. It trumped my previous favorite of Ti Kuan Yen.

Oolongs are currently my favorite! This one is smooth and balanced - liked it a lot.

Another very nice oolong from adagio. I particularly enjoy this one after lunch at work.

It thought this tea was pretty good. Not as wonderful as I had hoped, but still very very good.

Very good tea. I love it in the morning. Not strong at all. I ordered this w samples of Darjeeling #22 & Irish breakfast. Definately can become a regular. I highly recommend all 3!

Oolong is my favorite tea and this is a wonderful oolong. Dark and rich, with plenty of that oolong flavor.

I'm new to tea drinking and have been experimenting with the different teas. This is one of my favorites.

I am new to Adagio but wish I weren't. I've been looking for an oolong that is similar to something I drank two or three times as a youth and have been unable to find it until not. This oolong #40 is exquisite. I love my teas (and coffees) much much stronger than most people so I use about 3x as much as recommended, though steeped at the recommended temperature and for the recommended time. I am now in my third infusion with a portion of this tea and it has been like a different variety of tea with each infusion, each one delightful!

this is one of the best teas i have ever had. it is Complex, smooth, nutty, with notes of fresh fruit and peach.

tasted like a black tea. i enjoyed it very much. great for multiple infusions.

This is a great oolong tea. I will be buying more.
