Great aroma and super sublime taste. This a tea I save for special occasions.
This Taiwan tea, also called Fancy Formosa Silver Tip or Oriental Beauty, is one of the world's most prized oolongs. More heavily oxidized, yielding luxurious floral, peach-pit fragrance. Incredibly sweet and lush, delicate warm spicy undertone.

Great aroma and super sublime taste. This a tea I save for special occasions.
Nice and subtle, A tea for all occasions especially if you can't make up your mind.
Wow, what a delicious treat. I think it's well worth the extra price. This and Jasmine 12 are my "special treat" teas saved for those times when I think I've earned a little treat.
This is one of the smoothest teas I've ever tried by far, but with enough complexity and depth to keep it interesting. TRY IT.
I was really disappointed with this tea. The reviews all say it's good, yet I found it almost completely flavorless. It has less flavor than some of the very delicate green teas I've had, and none of the complexity.
This tea is very good. The taste is just fantastic and it's great to drink anytime you want something light. I really like it!
Expected something more like the ali shan oolong. Very mild flavor not too floral. More like a light black tea. For the price I would go with ali shan.
This one is good. I don't think it is quite as flavorful as the wuyi ensemble but still good.
Mix of dense taste with light smell. Very refreshing for as a day tea.
this is a very very good standard oolong. however, we liked oolong #18 better-- it was a much more interesting taste.
This is by far my favorite oolong tea out there. It is a fermosa, which gives it a very very rich flavor! Recommend to anybody.
This tea is smooth and light. It is good with or without milk.
Honestly, I liked #8 better. It is a great oolong, but nothing amazing, And not worth an increase in price from some of the other, better oolongs.
This one smells like a black tea, but when you actually drink it, it tastes closer to a green. I liked it with a drop of honey. Since it's gentle for an oolong, you may want to steep it for a little longer than other dark oolongs. Delicious, gentle, and rejuvenating.
this was the first oolong that i've tried and it had a very neutral light flavor that did fall between the green and black teas. i'd recommend this is you're just wanting a simple flavoring or if you're wanting to make the transition from green tea to black tea.
A good all around oolong tea. I enjoyed the smell and taste of the tea. A good tea to pass the afternoon with. I did pick up on the peach note but was almost hidden till it cooled down.
The leaves smell and look really nice, both dry and wet. The picture looks just like the dry leaves...but after steeping, several of the leaves unfurled to show whole 1-1.5 inch leaves. Pretty neat! I'm not really picking up any of the peachy notes, but it doesn't matter. #40 is very smooth and soft tasting with a tiny smoky aftertaste. It also brews up pretty dark. Will reorder for sure!
It's definitely a nice tea, but there are other teas with flavor that suits me better, for a better price. Definitely worth a try of the sampler, though!
This is probably my favorite tea, I don't think it could get any better!
very good tea, however I prefer oohlong 18, wish they would get that in stock.
i´ve tried some 2 dozen teas on Adagio and this is my favorite. it has a very soothingly clean smell and flavor. kind of like the way japanese food does. HEALTH CARE FOR ALL!
a pretty good, but not terribly outstanding oolong, a bit darker and more earthy than the oolongs I usually prefer, but still very good.
A top quality oolong. Smooth, pleasant, reliable - this is one of my 'safe' teas.
This was good for my standards. Not fanastic or memorable, but a good tea with good flavor. Probably will order a small tin which will last me awhile.
Not as great as I thought it would be. I preferred the Oolong #8...the flavor is much better!
Excellent Tea. Recommended as a good afternoon tea
This may be my favorite oolong, but not good enough to justify the price.
I really enjoyed this tea but my husband didn't. Everyones tastes are different. I think it's quite smooth with a hint of sweetness on the aftertaste.
It doesn't taste bad but I wouldn't buy any again. Didn't feel like a rich tea to me. Reminds me of the tea bags my granny would microwave all day. However a friend at work totally disagrees with me and loves this tea.
A great Oolong tea that was smooth and flavorful but a bit pricey.
I never cared for the acidic tannins in black teas, and green teas were just a little too mild for me, so this oolong was a great medium. Bold, but not overly so. Definitely a favorite.
Very nice tea. Bold, yet still sweet and delicious!
Very tasty. Best oolong i've had. I enjoy this tea alot.
This is one of my favorite dark oolongs. I tried a sample then ended up getting the 4oz container.
Really nice looking leaves!!! Compared to other oolongs, like #8, #18 or some others, it is a bit better, but for the price, I would rather have #18
this is a little weak for my taste but pairs well with any adagio strong black tea. I found this best suited to an iced tea when blended with a black tea.
A very satisfying oolong. Has a delicate, complex flavor.
My husband lovest his and now this is the only oolong he drink.
This oolong is lovely, though not quite my favorite of the Adagio oolongs.
Pretty good but I preferred #8 in both taste and price value.
Good, smooth oolong tea. My favorite oolong so far.
Very enjoyable, although perhaps not as complex as some of the other oolongs available through Adagio. Lovely fragrance.
So mellow and smooth and just the tiniest bit of sweetness. Great if you have a stomach ache. Great at bed time or throughout the day for me. One of my favorites.
Quite a good oolong. Very smooth with very little bitterness.
wonderful roasted flavor. kind of like Korean barley tea. it's delicious, but not too complex.
This is currently my favorite morning tea. Not bad for an affordable Oolong.
I have some new oolong samples to try, but it's gonna be hard for them to knock this off as my favorite. It's so smooth, and not bitter. I get two infusions out of it, but you could get three quality brews out of it if you like.
A good intro to the world of oolong. I go for the more expensive ones when I have the money though.
One of my favorite teas. The taste is light and refreshing, perfect after a long day at the office.
If like black tea, try this oolong! Has a nice full flavor like black but without the bitterness.
