This is the first matcha I’ve ever tried outside of the Starbucks version (which I dislike very strongly). I do enjoy the tea and prepare it traditionally with a whisk and only 2-3oz of 180 degree water. There is a lightly sweet after taste that come after the initial vegetal astringency, by no means overpowering or unenjoyable. I especially like it with a bit of heated milk.

I love all of adiago teas but this matcha was a dull green and had no buttery umami. It was dry and lifeless! No shiny smooth liquor in my insulted chawan. Infact I have not made matcha since this disappointing experience. I plan to get a refund as soon as I come out of vault 8

very tasty, light green tea. Some resin-y notes, but not overpowering. I like this as an afternoon pick-me-up.

This is my favorite Matcha ever! So smooth, great price and it makes a wonderful latte, or a stand alone tea. I'm in love with it. Not at all bitter. Will most definitely reorder.

Great quality matcha. Tastes fantastic and has been my favorite brand so far. Just earthy enough without it being over powering.

Deeply flavored. Makes a great cup of tea or especially suitable for a latte.

Having never tried real Matcha (not Lipton tea bag Matcha) I wasn't sure what to expect other than what you can read and watch on you tube. Being my first experience, I must say I love it.

My go to matcha now. It tastes great, good quality and lasted me longer than other brands with smaller sized containers. Highly recommend!

Grassy, nutty, yummy. Very nice for the price, will buy again.

This matcha is fantastic for the price. Combined with a stone bowl and a wooden whisk it has a smooth grassy flavor.

This blends easily, and has that perfect matcha green-y flavor. It's so easy and delicious to make matcha lattes at home with this, and it's hard to limit myself to just one or two a day!
★★★★★
This is a great tea and I highly recommend it. It is excellent on its own or as a latte. Do make sure you sift it before using as it does make a difference in texture and also less clumping when whisking.

I have purchased this multiple times. This is probably the 7th or 8th tin I’ve ordered. Just opened my latest tin and the color is off. It used to be this bright emerald green tea. Now it just looks like cheap matcha you can get everywhere else. I don’t think this should qualify as a “ceremonial tea” as it states on the packaging. Did you lower the quality of your tea? Or did I get a bad batch? I will finish this one as I hate waste. I ordered two tins so I sure hope this other one is better than this. I will update my review as appropriate.

If I could just never run out of this, that'd be great.

I love this matcha. It develops a good froth and the 2oz tin goes a surprisingly long way. Less is more, with matcha. 🙂

I drink Matcha every morning for a fresh new start.

Healthy, and delicious too. To my taste, it’s almost a cross between a tea infusion and a soup, and a fuller more rounded flavor than a typical green tea infusion. I bought a sample at first, and then graduated to a whole tin.

This mellow, borderline sweet tea is well worth the effort it takes to make it, and certainly worth the price. I highly recommend it.[Made with milk]

Takes some time to get used to the grassy taste but I really like this stuff. I like the act of preparing it just as much.

Have been adding this to my morning smoothie. Has definitely changed the color. Blends well and adds just a little hint of something different to the fruit.

Got a sample of this with points earned. YUCK!! Tasted fishy to me and nothing like I expected. So disappointed. Glad I didn't buy with actual money. Will have to find another brand.

I love adding matcha to everything. I ll always flavor the water with other tea and use that to flavor the matcha. It works very well and tastes very sweet by itself. But not in a sugary way, but a green tea sweetness

The Matcha is so fine it flows throw my strainer. Much milder than some typical green teas. Wonderful, healthy afternoon treat.
★★★★★
I would say this is a great Matcha. It does not have a overwhelming flavor that other Matcha tea’s have sometimes. I do like the flavored ones like peach but this one is great to have when you want a true matcha flavor.

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend - he has yet to find a complaint!
★★★★☆
Good little matcha. Only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 star is not a big fan of the container - tends to poof tea everywhere when you open it the first time and question how well it’s sealed (for freshness) with just the plastic around the container.
★★★★★
Tastes Great and more affordable than other Matchas. A solid tea.

This is by far THE BEST tasting and highest quality matcha I have ever had! (And trust me, I ve tried a LOT of other brands!) It is a beautiful dark green color, has a nice fluffy texture (not dry like other powders I ve tried), and it has a rich yet very smooth taste. It goes really well straight with hot water as a hot tea or mixed with almond milk as a latte. I make a daily iced matcha latte- it s my go-to drink and I look forward to it every day! I tell everybody about it too- No other matcha will do!
★★★★☆
I've tried a few different matcha teas from amazon, and although i found one that i really liked. This one was much better in my opinion, especially for the price! It has a very soft vegetal flavor with a hint of sweetness. Its not bitter like most other matchas I've tried. The color looks great too. It mixes pretty well too and produces a very nice foam. For the best mixing I do recommend sifting the powder though a strainer.
