This is the first Matcha I've tried. I could probably do better on preparing it, but I still found it to be great. My Matcha accessories will be coming soon so it should only improve more.
To be honest this was disappointing to me. I don't claim to be a matcha aficionado but this just lacks any taste to me. I have had horrible matcha before that went straight in the garbage and this is not on that level. It is not bitter, chalky or stale tasting it just doesn't taste much like anything. It certainly doesn't have a creamy sweet taste i hear described when some people speak about matcha. Maybe i will give the Uji Matcha a try.

I ordered a sample of this matcha and regret not getting a bigger size. It is a beautiful vibrant green tea that is earthy, grassy, and delicately sweet. I have made smoothies, lattes, and also enjoyed it plain. It is springtime in a cup.
I've been using half the recommended amount as I like my matcha a little less strong and this is a good quality. It has a nice flavor to it and a beautiful color.

I am definitely not a matcha expert, but of the few brands I’ve tried, this was definitely my favorite...it had a nice balance of sweet and bitter flavors, was wonderful hot or in smoothies. I only wish I’d bought the packets!
Although it has caffeine, it helped me get off caffeine (coffee/ energy shots). I am new to matcha, it is the kind of caffeine that you drink only when you want to. I am not addicted to this (in a good way). As a STEM PhD student, it is miracle.

This is such an easy to make, versatile, and delicious tea. I drank it traditionally, but I often combined milk, a little water, sugar, and the tea to create a matcha latte. Exquisite!

Very fine, bright green matcha. Adagio is the only vendor I have purchased matcha from so I can't compare, but it seems to have the traits of good quality and the price is as low as I've found. Has a green earthy flavor and has almost the same effect as a small cup of coffee but feels healthier :)
Easily prepared and absolutely sublime, this tea has quickly supplanted Scottish Breakfast as my morning cuppa. The quality easily surpasses most matcha bought in cafes, and I have come to revel in the ceremony of preparing a beautiful green cup.
Update: While I usually prefer this tea without any additions, I have also found it pairs well with milk or milk alternative to make a wonderful matcha latte.

The world of Matcha can be confusing and convoluted with so many options claims and opinions and no easy way to compare and contrast without alot of expensive trial and error. Alas, this glutton for punishment has gone through the gauntlet and come out the other side holding this tin of 'ceremonial grade' Matcha. It is vibrant in its color and smell, and rich in flavor and mouth feel. I have 2 cups every morning. I think it offers a very good value measuring its taste and satisfaction against its cost compared to other Matcha's I've tried. You can spend more and not get as good a cup and you can spend less and be quite disappointed.
It's consistency over many tins over time has been good also. I have experienced inconsistent taste quality in both teas and Matcha's over the seasons which is somewhat understandable as growing conditions can, and will, vary. But it is a testament to the art of cultivating and blending that allows for a higher degree of consistency in a particular product from season to season in spite of growing conditions and market forces.
Matching a reasonable price with a great cup that consistently delivers satisfaction is the definition of good value!
