Known as “kuti”, tea made from coffee leaves has been consumed in Ethiopia and Indonesia for centuries. Alone, it has an herbaceous and earthy flavor with sweetgrass notes, similar to green tea. Coffee leaf tea contains mangiferin, a compound normally found in mangoes, which has been shown to fight inflammation.
