I usually leave this in for too long, but it makes a nice mellow tea that is big on flavor, mellow doesn t equal watered-down. If I put too much in, just let it sit, the flavor sinks a bit, so you can add more water at convenience

Could not enjoy this tea at 180F, which was suggested on the packaging. It was bitter and not much flavor profile there. The smell was not pleasant either. However when I brewed at 150F it was much smoother and more pleasant.

Really good quality tea! Im usually more of a strait green tea fan, but this is nice for a change. The flavor isn’t too strong but also not too weak, which I like.
I m not sure what it is about this tea, but I love it. It s almost a little funky, like a pu erh, and super smooth.

I actually really enjoyed this tea. It's not as smokey or full-bodied as Gunpowder, and has a very light refreshing, and mildly grassy/seaweed flavor. Very good all around green tea flavor. It is however, too light for me. Even doubling the reccomended serving still yields a very light flavor for me.
Probably my favorite tea from Adagio! The price of this tea is amazing and it tastes almost like a crossover between a green and a white tea. I highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite green teas of all time. It has strong and complex malty flavor with some toastiness and subtle green vegetable notes with an enjoyable medium to long finish. The recommended 180F (82C) works really well for this tea and I recommend not over steeping it. I feel like the caffeine levels are fairly high in this tea. 5 stars!

An overall enjoyable tea, but brewing temperature is a must as it can get bitter rather quick. The tea itself though has a beautiful blend of flavor that can be enjoyed with or without sweetener.

a very soft tea. I really love it. The smell out of the bag is heavenly, a soft but sweet smell. Once steeped it is a pale yellow with delicate taste, dry, and you do get the seaweed taste.

It s light and sweet tasting if you don t have the water too hot and if you don t steep it for too long (or it s just my water, thank you Chinese Water Weed! [I run the water for 20 to 30 seconds, but it doesn t get out the Chinese Water Weed]) I could try a very lower temp, but they don t seem to unfurl much, maybe they are too cramped in my ball infuser, I don t feel like fishing out leaves from my water, although I do it with Jasmine Pearl green, but they too don t unfurl much.
I like the tea, but am picking up a slight tangy flavor as well, so maybe I ll try it at a lower temp.

The best way I can describe it is 'ok' It's not bad, but it's not something that stands out of a crowd. It's a good inexpensive every day option but not something that stood out compared to other greens.
Really like the white monkey, it's a bit earthier than the sleeping dragon, but has a good green tea flavor and lovely large whole leaves
