I'm still working out the best steep time and temperature for this tea, but I can already tell you its a very good green. Not nearly as 'leafy' as some greens, its slightly sweet and has a nice finish. I steep it at least twice adding 1 additional minute of steep time. A really easy tea to enjoy.

Very light bodied cup. I taste a mild seaweed flavor throughout the entire experience. I enjoy the seaweed/grassy aspect of green teas and this one just didn't give me enough of that. If you like milder/lighter cups when it comes to green tea. this is your cup.

It tastes too much like white tea to me. Kind of an autumn leaf flavor, and a bit dry at the finish.

Great tea! Slightly sweet cup, reminiscent of honey. I tried as a sample and I will definitely re-order!

Extremely weak, even with double the amount recommended.

I don't think my taste buds are sensitive enough for this tea. It smells highly fragrant out of the bag. the tea in the cup didn't have much of a scent. The first taste had a watery mouthfeel, and I had trouble detecting any flavor. I may have to try a couple more cups to get this brewed the right way for me.

Slightly sweet, floral, one of my new favorites. Very light.

My friend says this is his favorite tea. It's not my favorite, but it's definitely a good one. Nothing unique, but neither is a grilled cheese sandwich and grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious. So. There ya go.

Pretty good. Smooth and delicate, but perhaps a bit too light for me. Still, the taste is quite nice.

Daughter likes this one, and I like this one. Nothing special stands out, which makes it good for a basic green cup.

I don't think green teas are my thing, but I've been trying more of them since I got an electric tea kettle. It doesn't really have any strong flavor to me, but it's not too grassy so I'm fine with it. It's better than some greens I've had. It'd probably be nice when you want a nice mellow tea.
★★★★☆
Very light and mellow tea. I don't usually enjoy green teas but this one sounded like it might be a good fit. I don't see myself drinking it daily, but it certainly is enjoyable.

Really good standard light tea. I like how fresh this tea is.

This has easily become one of my favourite teas. I love white teas and want to drink more green teas and this is the best of both.
★★★☆☆
Vegetal with a nice body. The first steep is a good substitute for dragonwell. The second is a disappointment.

One of the smoothest green teas I have tasted. I prefer a grassy green tea, so this wouldn't be my everyday green tea, but if you don't like grassy, this may be the one for you. Overall, it has an excellent taste, very easy to drink. I think it brews a little on the light side though, and was a light yellow color.

The white monkey has a very soft flavor to it. I greatly enjoy the soft flavor that it offers.

A great green tea. My family thinks tea has to be dark to be good, they don't know what they are missing!

Unfortunately, this tea is far less exciting than its playful name would imply... I find myself strangely disinterested in both brewing and drinking it, as well as commenting on its virtually non-existent flavor profile. Normally I am one to express my preferences passionately, as either love or hatred... But this tea is the rare exception, evading my interest - both positive and negative altogether. I tried adding sugar and tasting it, to see if there were hidden notes below my perceptual threshold. Negative. The sugar almost dominated the flavor entirely. Then I tried to add milk. No improvement. Tasted like watery milk with a hint of grass. A bit puzzled... I adore subtle silver needles and love the complex, understated flavors of both white peony and white symphony...

I've always found it tough to find a green tea that I really like. Paired up with a touch of honey, this one's pretty splendid!

White Monkey is a delicate green tea with subtle flavors and a slight sweetness. It is excellent with Asian dishes!

Was not sure what to expect from this sampler, I mean, white monkey?! But after preparing the first cup, I was quite happy with the the taste. I have been avoiding green tea as I expect it to be more leafy in taste than the black tea I normally try. But from my tastes, it isn't leafy and is just a generally good and solid flavor. Not sure how to describe the flavor, but I like it!

A little too light noted, but not that bad! I probably could have steeped it longer tbh.

Always clean and crisp. One of my favorite green teas. Do not oversteep or let your cup become tepid.

Love this Tea! Golden Monkey and White Monkey go really well together. White Monkey I can drink just by it's self and I am still in love with it. No Sugar or anything. Got to love it.

They gave me a free white monkey sampler with my last order, and I love it. I'll be ordering some with my next order.

Delicious green tea! Very green and earthy. One of the best green teas I've had.
★★★★★
Wow, out of the green teas this one was on point. I can hardly believe that there are no additives to this green, as it smells just like grapes. On the infusion, it had a very pleasant, but light, taste of mango and mild 'green' taste. Very good. Probably my favorite green from Adagio.

Wonderful flavor. Very delicate. Love this company's product lines.

A very smooth and buttery tasting tea. I highly recommend this one. I only steeped for 2 minutes as per Adagio's recommendation but I think I will try for longer next time. Update: I steeped for 4 minutes this time and it turned bitter.

I enjoy white teas very much. This one has such a light flavor and pale color. Do not over brew!
★★★★★
I love this green tea. It has a beautiful and light grassy taste. However, it does not hold up to multiple steepings very well. The second steeping is very light with barely any flavor. It's a shame because the first steeping has such beautiful flavor.
★★★★★
Sweet in a fruity, juicy kind of way, smooth, balanced, a little bit of the green tea spinach-y flavor that fits well in the flavor profile.

My favorite green tea. Don't let the name fool you. This is a wonderful green tea for all that love Green!
★★★★☆
Very smooth with some nice vegetal hints. Seaweed was definitely present here. Overall it was a decent green.
★★★★★
It's a perfect tea to relax on the weekend to. It has a green tea flavor without being overbearing on the green taste, keeping the flavor sweet and golden.
★★★★★
Ignoring the name, it's kind of hard to believe that this is actually a green tea instead of a white--it's so light colored. But it's also full-bodied, with a soft, smooth texture that reminds me of some of the oolongs I've had, and it has a gentle fruitiness that I really like. I'd definitely get it again.
★★★★☆
Very similar to Green Pekoe in that a sweet grassy flavor dominates. However, with this tea there are subtle floral notes that accent a dry but bright astringent finish. Another good mild everyday green.
