Citrus flavor is a wonderful match in green tea. Even better with a little sweetener.

This is a very light green tea, for the combination with the citrus prevents any grassy flavors. Since it is hot today, I decided to add ice and still a great cup of tea. (180F for 3min)

Green tea is not my favorite base for tea blends. That said, in my humble opinion, based on my preferences, Citron Green is a better blend than most blends with green tea. With sweetener added to it the citrus flavors remind me of a lemon candy. The green tea base offers a slightly wash of grassiness. Kinda sorta tastes like lemon grass, which I do enjoy. For those that enjoy lemon grass but are not able to drink it may enjoy this blend as an alternative.

This is definitely a citrus green - but too much for my taste. Green tea flavors are mostly washed out by bright, astringent lemon and orange flavors. I find calypso green has a similar sharpness - something about this citrus flavor just doesn't blend the way it should.

Nice lemony aroma upon opening the package. After steeping the aroma isn’t as strong but the lemon flavor is present. This light refreshing tea is perfect on a hot day.

Normally green tea is not my go to but I like this one very much. The green tea flavors are mild and smooth, with bright citrice notes. Soothing and relaxing when hot, bright and refreshing cold.

Really enjoyed this one. The lemon and lime really come through without being too over powering. I still get a hint of the earthy green flavor beneath the citrus.

CommuniTEA portion: Cold steeped overnight. Refreshing and lovely. The citrus balance was perfect. I will be ordering.

This is a decent green tea but not one I’d go out of my way to drink. Light citrus flavors mingle with the earthy green tea. Definitely needs a touch of sweetener.

A nice citrus green tea, I typically don't care for lemon in my black tea but it seems to match green much better. I enjoy that zing against the green flavor! I enjoyed it hot but many seem to prefer it iced, I will have to try that out!

Citron Green smells and tastes as described—green with citrus. It’s enjoyable both hot and cold.

Today's CommuniTEA is Citron Green (7-5-22). Upon opening my packet, it had a good amount of tea and 1 large piece of orange peel. I did not see any marigold and I believe everything else was flavoring. I added some orange peels, green tea honey, and attempted to make it iced; however, it came out warm, which was my mistake. Despite this, it is a very good tea! I had it another time before this as well and it was good with lemon balm, orange peels, and rock sugar. I would highly recommend this tea!

This tea is pretty good, I enjoyed this one. The citrus does not really stand out, but blends together with the green tea to balance it nicely.

Good for anyone who likes a squeeze of lemon in their green tea, but I prefer the lemon meringue green, myself.

I love this tea, especially iced! It is citrusy and perfect for the summer time! I like to have it mixed with berry blast and elderberry wine for a refreshing iced tea!

This was good but nothing amazing. The citrus was very subtle so if you were looking for a gentle tea this would be it. If you are looking for a wham I’d lemon though, this is not for you.

★★★★★

Because of the citrus flavoring, this green tea does not have a grassy flavor at all. It's almost sweet! Overall, I like it quite a bit. I first tasted it as a sample a number of months ago and finally purchased it to try again, and can say that this tea does not disappoint.

★★★★★

My go-to flavored green tea. Easy drinking and simple.

★★★★☆

This blend has a nice light citrus flavor. I am a fan since it doesn't seem to have the grassiness that I have disliked in other blends. I often purchase this one for my mom. She really loves this one!

A mild but refreshing cup of tea. The 'citron' is not overly prominent. Very good with a little lemon juice and a tiny bit of sweetner.

Green tea isn't typically my favorite as I find it a little too mild tasting for my liking. The Citron Green is hands down the best green I have ever had!! Great punch of flavor, very enjoyable.

★★★★☆

One of my daily morning teas. It is not too strong and has a nice flavor.

★★★★★

My favorite green tea!! The citrus helps balance out that grassy bitterness but you still do get some of that flavor which is good because that's, in part, why I'm drinking it!

It has the right blend of flavor between the green tea and the citrus flavors.

This makes a wonderful cold brew for a refreshing treat. A light hit of citrus that doesn’t overpower the green tea. I find that a hot brew @ 190 and then chilling it works best to get all the flavor this tea provides.

Citron Green is my new favorite lemony tea! I had been drinking a store brand lemon tea for years. This Citron Green is so much better! Clean, fresh taste, great depth of flavor.

★★★★★

Delightful! A good balance of citrus flavor with a distinct note of apricot (which I love). Vastly superior to most “over the counter” citrus green teas!

★★★★☆

This is an excellent green tea. It has subtle citrus flavor that enhances and is not overwhelming. I would recommend this for those who are not green tea enthusiasts. It’s a good green tea to start with.

★★★★☆

Mixed with spearmint to make an iced mojito. Ended up just drinking it hot. Good with a sprinkle of sugar.

Wanted to become a green tea drinker because I had A-Fib and my cardiologist advised me to quit coffee. I tried about 15 different green teas and hated them all to the point I had to force myself to drink them. Eventually I had an operation that cured the A-Fib so I got back on the coffee and quit the green tea almost completely. I wanted to continue drinking green tea because of the multiple health benefited. Then I discovered Citron Green and now I am a green tea lover. It is so drinkable with absolutely no bitter or aftertaste. It even got better recently when I started cooling the water for 2 minutes before steeping.

★★★★☆

When I received this one as a sample I was a little concerned it might be to citrusy. I brewed it up and was pleasantly surprised! I liked it enough that I decided to buy a full package.

★★★★★

Love this one. I mix it with citrus mint and makes a great blend

★★★★★

A very great tea. The flavors blend very nicely, and the smell is good

My favorite, I order this as a staple tea. Just all the right blends. Flavorful and comforting.

This one of very refreshing and light without grassiness. Steeped at a lower temperature keeps it from getting bitter.

Great green tea - light and refreshing - I like it iced.

★★★★★

Strong citrusy aroma in the packet with equal parts lemon and orange. Also has a eucalyptus scent. Brews to a hazy straw color. Brewed aroma leans more lemon and reminds me of lemoncello. Also has a honey scent. The flavor leans more orange, and is less pronounced than the initial aroma. Noticeable astringency. I feel like this tea can cut through any circumstance to thrust me into a positive and energetic mood. This is my new favorite flavored tea on adagio (fiery cinnamon spice is #2 and the rest are in the distance).
