Not a fan. I'm new to the tea world, but this one was very much coffee flavored for me - and I hate coffee. =(
On a positive note, my coffee loving husband thinks this is fabulous.

SO GOOD!! Has a tobacco , nutty flavor. Shared this with a friend and she loved it too!
Have repurchased this many times. Love drinking this in the evening when it is dark outside and I am settling down with my thoughts and a good lamp glow.
So good! It does actually smell like fresh chestnuts - that kind of bitter-tannin-like quality of the shell; but to drink, it's warm, roasty-toasty, and mildly sweet. Sooo yeah, this will probably be my go-to wintertime tea!
This tea just makes me feel warm. Its earthy and nutty and was a real treat for the senses.
A pleasant smell reminiscent of roasting chestnuts greats the nose before steeping. This tea is really strong and very nutty and kind of malty. It is okay but not a tea I care for very much.

Mmm this one is great. Nutty but different than your typical hazlenut, so if you don't like those varieties, you might enjoy this. Great during winter when you want something kind of festive but not spiced.
I didn't like this tea on it's own, but with some milk and sweetener I think it's a fine tasting tea that goes nicely with the winter months. I think it was taste good used in blends with other flavors of teas.
Pretty good, not what I was expecting though. Tastes a little more woody than nutty to me but still an OK tea for sipping.
I love this tea! Nutty and rich, it's absolutely delightful on its own or with a touch of sweetener to round it out.

This flavored Ceylon highlights the roasty and dry notes. I was able to get three good steeps out of the leaves, with less of the chestnut flavor and more of the Ceylon in each successive steep. It is a bit nutty and warm, which was perfect for this windy, chilly morning.
Probably the best nut-flavored drink I've ever sipped.

This is one of my all-time favorite teas and my go-to in the mornings. It's warm and full-bodied with a nutty sweetness that tastes fantastic with a bit of sugar and milk.
I enjoyed the taste of this tea but its so rich that it wont be one of my regular, go to teas. Definitely a special occasion tea for me!
It's not a bad tea but it's underwhelming compared to the other amazing flavors adagio has brought me. A solid middle ground tea with warm chestnut scent and is very smooth. Will finish the bag but won't buy again just because there's better out there.
A new flavor for me and I did enjoy it. However it's better hot than cold and it did seem a bit on the bitter side but a few grains of the rock sugar cleared that right up. I would purchase this again.

Less nutty, more smoky. This is a must have if you love a good peaty scotch. I can't get enough of this tea.
I got this in a tea of the month club sample and had to try more. I think this one is gonna be anew favorite of mine. It has a sort of chocolatey/nutty taste to it and smells amazing.
Delicious! Not normally a huge fan of flavored black teas, but this one was excellent. Might become a holiday tradition for me.
Chestnut has a very bold flavor that wakes me up in the morning or provides a jumpstart in the early afternoon. It is also very good mixed equally with Brigadoon.

This is my absolute favorite tea. I love teas with deep flavor and this definitely supplies that. There are no other flavors in it to distract from the yummy chestnut flavor.

I first had this tea in the Advent Calendar, and I loved it! I had to order some more. Very nice, a sweet nutty tea that doesn't go for a chocolate appeal like so many nut teas do.

One of our favorites- strong chestnut flavor, almost smoky. It goes great with just a little milk, and has become an everyday tea for years now.

Very strong buttery sweet chestnut flavor. Really good but maybe the chestnut flavor could be dampened. I'll mix it with an unflavored breakfast tea next time.

LOVE this tea by itself and combined with sugar and/or cream! It’s very smooth, not super astringent (which I prefer) even if over-steeped, and filled with flavor!

This is a wonderful tea I can see myself drinking VERY often! It s nutty and hearty and delicious! It s different than hazelnut and really pretty unique. I ve not tasted anything quite like it before, and it reminds me of a really nice dessert of some kind. I had this on its own to give it a fair review, but I know it will be amazing blended with other teas too!
