This is one of my favorite teas! It has a great nutty flavor, and is sweet without needing sugar. Really good with a little milk.

I liked this flavor quite a bit, once I got around to actually tasting it, that is. I spent a great deal of time just inhaling the scent. Mmmm.

I first tried this tea in a Christmas sampler and couldn't get enough of it. It's amazing, rich, delicious, nutty... One of my favorites from Adagio.

Very unusual, but very smooth. Nice mellow, nutty taste. Great cup when you want something different.

A bold and nutty black tea that definitely makes me think of late fall or winter time. Much more delicious than real roasted chestnuts. I like mine brewed strong with some milk and sugar.

Another surprise from the holiday collection, we got this as a sample and fell in love. Having little to no preconception of how chestnut would taste, we were very surprised. Give this one a shot.

At first smell, it reminded me of my mom's german chocolate cake! I like the stronger flavors that require little to no sugar, because I drink it all day and not feel guilty.

smells great. has a nutty flavor and some maple notes to it. i mixed it with some of the cream black tea, excellent! I will order again.

If you do not like chestnut, this tea will NOT be for you. It is a wonderfully sweet chestnut flavor but it is very strong. I love it, but consider how you feel about chestnut before buying.

One of my favorite flavors. This is a perfect autumn/winter tea, especially when sweetened with a touch of maple syrup!

Chestnut tea is absolutely delicious. I don't even like nuts that much, but this tea is amazing. It's the perfect tea to sip in front of a fireplace as snow falls around you.

Tastes really good with milk or cream, though seems a bit too thin compared to the flavor without it.

This tea is absolutely amazing. I first tried it in the holiday sampler and I honestly didn't think it would be a favorite from the sampler, but it was! I enjoyed it enough to buy it again by itself and it is now among my favorites. I will definitely always have Chestnut tea in my tea cabinet!

This was highly recommended by a couple of friends, and I'm glad I finally tried it! I loved it with sugar, and I think milk would be a nice addition, too.

I received this as a gift and I love it. I'm not usually one for black tea but this has such a nice sweet sort of aftertaste. But it's not too overwhelming. Love this stuff!

Absolutely amazing!!! Usually flavored teas smell great but the taste isn't really great, but this has both amazing aroma and wonderful taste.

I got a sample of this thrown into my order for free and I loved it so much I ordered 3oz more. Smells great, not much like chesnuts but more of a sweet, sort of caramel flavor. I gave some to my mother and she loves it too. Highly recommended.

My favorite black tea of the season. It's like a fireplace in a cup. Warm and nutty, naturally sweet enough that I'm happy to drink it black. (The sweetness here is very natural and delicate - this isn't a candy or cookie type tea to my taste.) Sometimes I'll add a smidge of cream and sugar and it's elevated into amazing deliciousness.

I received a sample tea bag with my regular order. Skeptical at first, I nevertheless brewed it and was pleasantly surprized with warm, mild flavor of this tea. Sometimes flavored teas could be overwhelming and artificial. I am very happy that it wasn't the case. I am so happy with this tea that I am ordering several boxes of this tea to give as gifts to family and friends.

This is a fantastically warming, sweet, and earthy black tea. It's great for the holidays, sure, but I'm planning on enjoying it year-round. Not too heavy and finishes with a sweet, nutty aftertaste. I would definitely recommend it.

I decided to buy it not only because I LOVE chestnut and eat whatever meal has it among the ingredients (and I regularly consum chestnut cream), but especially after having read several excellent reviews. The aroma and taste are rich, but too rich for me: I find this tea quite artificial and chemical...I'll try it again, perhaps mixing it with Assam black tea, as the aftertaste is really too strong.

I first tasted this in the holiday sampler, and absolutely fell in love with it, so I HAD to buy myself some more. It's now my favorite flavoured tea, and I'm afraid I'm addicted to it. (:

love this flavor! the richness of the flavor reminds me more of a coffee than tea, which is perfect when i don't want the buzz of a cup of coffee, but still want a bold flavor in my cup.

Wow! This tea is bursting with flavor. It has a nutty sweetness that comes out in both the aroma and the taste of the tea.

This is my absolute FAVORITE. Great christmas flavor. Toasty, nutty, amazing!

Based on the reviews I was expecting much more. It is an okay tea, nothing special. Definitely not my favorite out of the holiday teas.

We both also love this one, we got a sample in a previous order and we had to buy ourselves a whole pound of this one it is very good, perfect for this time of year.

I can drink this black and that is saying something since I am a super sweet tea person. Tasted like a cookie to me. I love this

This tea is delicious! It has a rich, nutty aroma that carries over into the flavor but isn't overwhelming or artificial tasting at all. Makes for a very good desert tea alongside some gingerbread cookies!

my daughter loves this tea, it's a bit spicy for me but if you like spice it's nice for fall/winter

Wow - So good. Super smooth and sweet. My co-worker and I were amazed by the sweet, lingering flavor. Truly amazing. Oh, and the smell! Absolutely joyful! As I'm writing this I'm thinking I better go make another pot. :-D

I tried this at Adagio's birthday party not really knowing what to expect. I was intrigued by it but, never having had chestnuts, probably wouldn't have bought it without tasting it first. One sip and I knew a bag of this had to come home with me. It's nutty and wonderful and the perfect cup for a cold, raining, windy, no-good day like today.

I've never eaten an actual chestnut in my life, but this tea nonetheless evokes real nuttiness, brown and autumnal but also sweet. It's my favourite tea from Adagio, great in the mornings with brown sugar and a little milk.

This is my all-time favorite tea. The smooth, nutty flavor is very soothing in the winter, but it also makes an interesting iced tea in the summer.

Chestnut tea is one of my absolute favourites. It has a warm, slight sweetness to it and makes a very comforting afternoon tea. The scent is also wonderful.
