Very nice tea. If you have a sensitive palate for flavored black teas, this will definitely be too much (I'd recommend Tiger Eye instead).
This smelled like fake buttered popcorn upon opening the bag. It was pretty offensive to the nose when trying to drink the cup I brewed at 212 for 5 mins and it was very bitter and chemical-y tasting. Lower time and temp helped but was inconsistent; I just don't think this flavor pairs well with black tea.
Not my favourite butterscotch tea. It lacks butterscotch flavour.
I guess I was looking for way more flavor than this had to offer. There are other blends that are more butterscotch forward that I will go with
I ordered the sample size of this and didn't expect to like it much. When I finally tried it, I couldn't believe how much I liked it. Then I had it again and liked it even more, and here I am ordering it for the 3rd time. This tea has become my morning staple. I add honey and almond creamer and start my day on a happy note!
This really satisfies my sweet tooth in the evenings.

Not sure how they put apple in here and came up with butterscotch flavor, but it works! Delicious with a little sweetener.

This reminds me of the butterscotch candies my grandparents always had in a yellow carnival glass candy dish. Wonderful memories, wonderful tea.
While I like the flavor of this particular blend, I have to confess that I prefer it mixed my Scottish breakfast blend.
Plenty of butterscotch taste and can taste the tea base. Very nice sipper. I am not a black tea person but I would get this again.

Absolutely incredible taste! The slight bite of the black tea pairs divinely with the gentle sweetness of the cocoa nibs and butterscotch flavour. I liked the depth that steeping for a little longer added, too.

My big worry with this one was that it would be really fatty and too sweet. It was actually pretty pleasant on that front, not cloying or overpowering. But it's not very noticeable, even on its own--just a sort of generic sweetness that could maybe be caramel but doesn't really assert itself. Not sure whether I'd buy this again.
The smell is very aggressive right out of the bag I found it too overwhelming to really enjoy the tea

This was just ok. I am a butterscotch fan but this doesn't live up to the name. It wasn't bad, but it was bland, even with beet sugar added. It tasted, funny enough, like a bit of a mild coffee almost. Tea at its blandest I would say. But for a plain tea, it was fine.
My all time absolute favorite tea to have iced. I don't like to share this one.
Absolutely love this tea. Initially enjoyed it hot but then cold brewed it the next time and the butterscotch flavor was even more incredible. Smooth and flavorful but not sweet tasting. Ordered a big bag for summer cold brewing!

I enjoyed this flavored tea with nice hints of butterscotch and a nice, hearty black tea base. Sweetener helps bring out the butterscotch flavor and I add creamer to make it more indulgent. The flavor is realistic and not overpowering. I enjoy using this in blends as well. I prefer it hot and to drink it in the cooler seasons. I detect no astringency or bitterness and the tea holds up well to added creamer.
A bit overpowering -- the butterscotch flavor was pleasant, but just too strong, in my opinion. As it is, this seems well-suited for adding to blends.

Personally, this tea was a little too sweet for me. Which is not surprising since that is sometimes how I feel about actual butterscotch. It s not a bad tea, but just not my cuppa. @adagioteas

Buttery and smooth with a hint of cocoa- this blend is perfect with some sweetener or alone. The bold black base doesn't overpower the butterscotch flavor and the marigolds add a perfect hint of floral.
I think this makes a great desert tea. I like adding the chocolate honey to it for an extra bit of chocolate. This is one of my favorites.
Great flavor if you're a fan of butterscotch! Add a couple drops of stevia to it and it is such a sweet afternoon treat.

This one has a decent butterscotch taste, although steeping too long renders the flavour a little too much. Therefore, right at 2 to 3 minutes is correct for this tea.
Would be a good dessert tea, however this one is not my favourite.
