Wow, does this smell like butterscotch! In the bag and while it's steeping, it has that rich, buttery, sweet smell. The taste is much more mild than the scent, though still smooth. There's no acidity or bite in the flavor- it's a very smooth tea. I recommend adding a splash of oat milk for more body.
This is a sit in the sofa, wrapped in a blanket, snowing outside, add some whipped cream kinda tea and I LOVE it. I get that relaxed feeling when I think of butterscotch :) I love to mix this with some cream for a nice evening afterwork cup :) YUM!
Really good blend, I usually am leery of flavorings as they taste artificial. But this tea was very nice! Smooth buttery and perfect for a long winter's night!

The smell of this tea is heavenly, it smells like opening a bag of butterscotch candies. However, it's not as sweet as it smells. I would honestly prefer it to be a bit sweeter myself, but I think most people would appreciate that the butterscotch flavor is so subtle.

For me, this was ok, it tasted more on the bitter side. Yes! you can smell the butterscotch, but it tasted like an artificial butterscotch flavor. I wanted more on the buttery side, not scotch. I'll stick to the hazelnut, almond & chestnut black tea blends.

While I loved the butterscotch taste to the tea, the taste of the marigold overpowered all the other flavors. I do not like the marigold taste so have been hand picking all the marigold pieces out of the tea before I brew it.

The tea smells very fragrant out of the container, but the flavor itself is much more milder than the scent. It makes a very smooth cup of tea, but it doesn't deliver as much as I hoped. It is still delicious, but it isn't perfect.

This magnificent tea is now my second favourite tea in the world. My favourite is the Adagio Irish Stout, but that is only a limited release for St Patrick's Day. The beauty of Butterscotch is that it's always available. How can I describe its beautiful taste? It is complex, rich, sweet, but brimming with nature. This isn't a bad tea at all, but I don't think it really lives up to it's name. I always think of butterscotch as having a nice salty bite to it (er...because of the butter), and that wasn't present in this tea. I thought it was very similar to Adagio's caramel tea (which, I actually really enjoy).

smells beautiful when you open the bag, tastes beautiful as well. I like mine with creamer in it and it's extra decadent if you have a piece of dark chocolate with it! This is seriously one of my favorite teas.
This tea has an interesting flavor. I prefer the maple creme oolong tea over this one for that sweet flavor to satisfy my cravings.
