Glad to have a decaf Ceylon for late evening tea.
Decaf black tea from Sri Lanka. Tangy, sweet mandarin notes, and balanced astringency. The classic afternoon cup.

Glad to have a decaf Ceylon for late evening tea.
This tea is ok but definitely not a favorite for me. It does work well to mix into other decaf teas if you want them to have a milder flavor.
Nice alternative to the full caf Ceylon teas I have sampled. Needs a little extra time steeping
I have always liked Ceylon tea. And this decaf version is very good
I always hated decaf teas because they were weak and blah, but this one is wholely drinkable and sufficently full bodied and flavorful, although it doesn't taste quite like caffeinated Ceylons. It's also very smooth no matter how long you steep it. It reminds me very much of the tea you get at Chinese restaurants. This is so satisfying to drink alongside a sweet baked good in the evening, I will be ordering this forever.
Getting DH away from Luzianne hasn’t been easy. But, with the Decaf option here, it made it more bareable.
Not as bitter or acerbic as I anticipated. A solid tea that I would revisit.
I like to use this tea as a base to add flavors when I'm making a bedtime cup of tea
This is decaf holds its flavor nicely. We use it for iced tea everyday. Additionally, it makes a nice hot cuppa tea in the evening as well.
Really great to make a warm cup of milk tea on a cold night.
Great decaf tea. Tough to tell that it's not regular tea.
I love this tea. It's so hard to find a great quality decaf tea. This is a five star tea. Enjoy!
Sometimes you just really want the comfort of a rich black tea right before bed, this hits that spot nicely
A pretty good standard cup of ceylon tea. Was slightly less flavourful than I would ve hoped but makes for a great go to decaf black tea
This is not what I would call a rich dark tea. I found it very pleasant with some honey and cream.
Very smooth and not bitter. Great for anytime of day.
Solid tea! Not really a stand-out, but perfectly fine when I just want a nice warm pick-me-up.
I don't care for Ceylon. Please make a decaf English Breakfast.
a nice black tea for the evening when you want to unwind and enjoy some tea, but don't want to worry about sleepless nights!
This is perfect for making my own chai. I put in a cinnamon stick, grind four or five cardamom pods, a bit of grated ginger, a little mint. I add coconut milk after it boils for 2 mins
Goood decaf tea. I use it as a base to blend my own tea
I got this for nighttime tea cravings, but I realized soon that this flavor is a little too acidic for my liking. I put a high rating regardless because it's still a good tea, even if it's not what I'm looking for.
A decent ceylon, if you need decaf. Definitely worthwhile.
Really quality tea. I love it with some milk and sugar.
This is a very nice cup of tea before bedtime. Add in just a bit of chocolate tea for a treat.
Great on a cold night when you want the tea taste and comfort but not the caffeine.
Ok this is the standout tea I was hoping for when I began trying out decaf. Bracing, earthy taste warms you right up so well that you d swear it really was caffeinated. Will absolutely get again.
This is the best decaffeinated tea I ever had and I've tried many.
Very tasty! I wish it had a slightly sweeter kick but for a decaf tea it was near perfect!
I love ceylon tea, so this is a great way to have the taste at night without the caffeine.
Incredible 'plain' tea to drink with food (especially to balance out sweet desserts). Very strong but not at all bitter
Too weak for a black tea in flavor, but mixes well with other teas to make a good caffeine free blend.
Decent decaf black tea, but nothing special. Other decaf teas are more exciting.
I love this tea! I like to add a little light cream and I enjoy it with my breakfast.
Excited for the decaf to try without the caffeine in the dark teas
Always a great choice. I love to blend this with my own herbals to have creative decaf blends.
I really like this tea. I am not smart enough or familiar enough with culinary terms to describe why. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It's a nice simple decaf black tea.
I was looking for a nice after dinner tea and this one fits the bill. Clean, mild and silky, it's a nice break from caffeine. Definitely reordering a pound of this!
Taste is a bit mild, as my favourite is Irish breakfast. But for a later evening tea for a breastfeeding momma I appreciate the option of a 'real' black tea as opposed to a light herbal. Will purchase again.
Love it. Especially love it iced. Prefer the non-decaf version for regular drinking, but in a pinch, I would drink it over water.
This is a really good decaf black! It maintained the bitter tang of a standard black tea and was smooth and enjoyable. It would be a great base for a sweet iced tea, but also worked as a relaxing cup before bed.
Tastes similar to the regular Ceylon Sonata. I think next time I would mix in some of a favorite herbal.
This is a good tea, its unimpressive though. Its a black tea with no caffine
Fantastic decaf black tea, classic black tea flavor .
I loved today's tea. My favorite tea in the May box so far.
Doesn't really taste like anything but it's okay. 212 degrees for 4 minutes.
Finally a nighttime black tea I can enjoy. It will make good Iced Tea too!
While the flavor of this tea is smooth and tangy, it just didn’t quite hit the right notes for me. I don’t know that it’s necessarily a decaf vs. caffeinated issue; I enjoyed the cup I had to sample, but I don’t think it’s a tea I will be buying in the future.
I couldn't tell from tasting that it's decaf. That's pretty good!
This was a good, solid black tea with plenty of flavor. I think it is best with milk or cream and sweetener.
