If it didn't say decaf, I would have never known. Nice, smooth, plain black tea.

Good solid decaf tea. Don't normally like decaf teas but this is good

Nice flavor and nice to know it won’t keep me up at night.

A fairly standard black tea. Good flavor and basically what I'd expect from a plain black tea. I don't mind caffeine in my tea, but it's a good option for if I ever wanted decaf since it tastes the same.

I chose to cold steep this tea overnight because I am a chronic oversteeper, and I know these types of tea can get that oh so bitter quality to them if left go too long. Anyway, I steeped it about 12 hours in the fridge and its perfect. No bitterness, a slight natural sweetness, a smooth and exotic ceylon quality, and a really solid classic black iced tea. I was thinking about adding a splash of vanilla creamer, but in a few sips that will be pointless because I am almost finished my cup anyway. If you like black teas, ceylons, or a really classic tasting tea that is great chilled, then this is a good one for sure.

I love this tea! This has such a delicious flavor for a plain black tea. This would also be delicious iced.

Decent in flavor, but again... another weak tea. Every tea so far has been weak. I use recommended steeping temp and sometimes even steep for longer and I still get a weak cup of tea. Every single one from Adagio so far has been weak in flavor. I'm really sad because I love the set up of this website and the reward system but it won't be worth it if I can't find something I really like.

It’s not a favorite, I ended up using vanilla syrup and almond milk in it.

I’m not one to want a black tea that isn’t caffeinated so this wasn’t for me.

Good decaf black tea but nothing special. Tastes like store brands' English Breakfast.

Unexpectedly delicious. Black tea is a personal favorite so it's nice to have the option of something decaffeinated for late evenings.

I'm not a fan of plain black teas. Nice with nondairy milk and sugar.

The tea itself is a great, full-bodied morning tea. I saved it for morning because I was counting on the caffeine though. I wish there had been a note somewhere that it was decaf.

I really wanted to like this tea. Unfortunately, I have been drinking herbals for so long this is just too bitter for me. I added sweeter but that didn’t work either.

I posted my review in the question box!!! FML! Anyway, I have a new favorite in this tea - I’m thoroughly taken with the wonderful deep flavors.

I do not like black tea. I had Hopes that the decaf would make it less bitter but alas. More cream. More sugar.

I'll drink it, but the flavor of this tea doesn't live up to what I've come to expect from Adagio. The packet I got in the communiTEA portion was significantly more dusty than what I'm used to, and it's about as interesting as a bag from the grocery store. With that being said, it's impressively good compared to most decafs.

Pleasant, but as all decaf blacks it lacks a certain depth of flavor. I liked herbal teas too much to every drink this instead in the afternoons, but it would hit the “real tea” craving in someone who cannot have caffeine

Got this as a gift for someone who loves black tea but can't have caffeine, and they love it! Mixes well with loose spearmint, too.

Just like the non-decaf version. It s a good solid black tea, for evenings when I want 'Real Tea' (aka black tea) but can t have the caffeine.

since I mainly do decaf, this is my go to for that. One cup of Golden Monday, then this is the one I drink the rest of the morning. It's flavorful, robust, and fits my limited caffeine intake. I highly recommend this!

Smooth flavor that mixes well - we combine Decaf Ceylon and the Decaf Peach teas. In the summer we'll add fresh mint to the brew for a refreshing summer tea. So much better than a decaf soda drink!

Finally a decaf tea with lots of wonderful flavor. No caffeine to make me jittery or keep me awake at night.

I was cautiously optimistic about the flavor after reading some of the other reviews, and I'm glad I gave it a chance because this is easily my favorite before bedtime, drink while reading, night time tea. It's so flavorful and delicious, without the caffeine buzz that would keep me awake.

I have significantly cut back on caffeine, which is hard because I love good, quality black tea. This ceylon is wonderful! I drink it all of the time, it has full flavor without the caffeine. One of my favorites!

An absolute staple in our house! Never bitter, perfect with milk and a few sugar crystals from adagio. Always comforting! The caffeine content is low enough that it doesn’t keep me up at night.

I've found that I have to brew this for longer than the not-decaff ceylon, but it's still really good (especially if you like the ceylon but want to cut down on the caffeine).

I love plain black tea but needed a decaf tea to drink at night. This is perfect! I bought some for my mom too and she loves it. I purchased a large bag to keep her container filled and mine also. I will be buying this one again and again.

A good 'stand-by' decaf tea to have around for the holdidays. Some of the older folks stay away from caffeine and this is my go-to tea. Well rounded and generic enough for everybody's taste.

I really liked this decaf ceylon tea. I'm currently trying to avoid caffeine and was really missing a cup of good quality black tea in the afternoon, as well as a good iced tea. It has a smooth flavor, and came out well bot hot and iced. A great afternoon pick me up for anyone who is avoiding caffeine.
