Nice light citrus flavor. It's good both hot and with ice.
Delicate white tea from Fujian, China infused with the sweet tangy flavor of tangerines. Juicy and playful.

Nice light citrus flavor. It's good both hot and with ice.
This is a great tasting white tea blend but I wish it had a bit more tangerine flavor. We love it iced more than hot but it’s definitely one we will buy again
Very light flavor. I seem to prefer the citrus flavors of other brands.
This makes delightful iced tea. I will absolute purchase more. Now a favorite.
I love the citrusy vibe of this brew! It's perfect with tea biscuits and other cookies. I love to drink it in the midmorning.
The tangerine flavor is very mild but at a nice level so it doesn’t overpower the sweet white tea notes.
They did a great job with this one. The tangerine flavor is true to life and is not so overwhelming that it drowns out the lovely taste of the white tea leaves.
A great tasting white tea, but almost too light on the citrus. Based on the description and ingredients, I was expecting more. It could have used a little boost of flavor.
I love the lightness (and the low caffeine) of a white tea, and the sweet tangerine flavor complements it perfectly. This is a lovely brew!
The tangerine is subtle but enjoyable, I found this to be a good meal accompanying tea as it is not too overpowering with fruit flavor.
I loved this flavor! The tea had a lot of surprises that I enjoyed and I could taste all of the individual ingredients. 10/10 would recommend
Tried this as a sample size over the holidays. Love the delicate tangerine as opposed to orange that is often in black teas.
I was expecting it to be overpowering based on the scent of the dry leaf, but it's actually quite subtle once it's brewed. The scent is very accurate to that of a fresh tangerine, but I wish the flavor was a bit stronger. I have a feeling it'll make a wonderful cold brew.
This is one of my favorite teas to make iced tea with. I simply put it in my pitcher (also from Adagio!) and let it brew for about 24 hours in the fridge. The tangerine notes are magnificent and it's a refreshing daily drink!
I was very surprised with this tea considering I don’t really like and orange kind of flavor. It’s a nice tea to have with breakfast and start your morning off great.
I use this delicious tea to make iced tea on hot days. Light and flavorful with or without sweetener.
A little too delicate for me. Added some orange peels and it was perfect. Relaxing hot tea and of course a superb and refreshing iced tea.
This is one of my favorite classic teas.
My husband likes it as well, and he's picky about his teas.
Love this light tangerine tea. It isn't super strong but string enough to experience the tangerine flavor. I absolutely love it!!!
I was surprised at good this tea was. I love Tangerine, but sometimes it is overpowered in tea. Not the case here at all. It was refreshing and the tangerine was subtle but added so much to the tea itself. It is great with a little honey added to really bring out the flavor!
Not much tangerine flavor, with a very weird, hard to describe aftertaste.
Had it cold, so, refreshing, the tangerine flavors was a delight to my placate. I've always enjoyed white teas,, this one will be one of my favorite summer drinks.
I cold brewed my White Tangerine with some orange peels and tupelo honey. It was not bitter at all. In fact, it took the sweetness of the honey really well and it was pleasantly sweet. I've never had a white tea I didn't love! I would highly recommend this tea!
The aroma is lovely; however, the taste is just so delicate. There is but a whisper of tangerine.
I'm learning to enjoy white teas more and more. I've been cold brewing this summer and the white flavored teas (especially orange/mandarin/citrus) are just right.
Good tea! Great when iced-- a perfect spring/summer tea to enjoy in the garden with friends.
had it iced! very nice light flavor. i still need to try it hot but its very wonderful
My little friends say the white tangerine tea is not baaaad! The light mandarin orange flavor was unexpectedly good..nice light tea for last cup of the night.
White tea is subtle for sure but that is its trademark, not a flaw. In communiTEA this can be tricky, limited to the one portion and any potential imbalances of ingredients from packet to packet, especially in a lineup dominated by bold teas. Mine did not smell as strongly of citrus as it should have upon opening. I quickly realized there was only one little strip of orange among all the leaves. After the steep started I found the bag of orange peels I purchased with my last order for just such a dilemma and snuck another three bits in for the remainder of the steep. The result was of course light, but pleasantly so with a slightly sweet hint of tangerine. I could have used a little bit more of that, or felt more in a white tea frame of mind, though this was enjoyed.
This has a nice citrus aroma and flavor. I steeped at 180 F x 2 min and added 1/4 tsp monk fruit sweetener. On the second steep the citrus flavor was mostly gone but the base white tea was still very good.
Update 4/13/22 Cold brewed this overnight. The citrus was much more flavorful. I definitely recommend cold brewing
This tea smelled just like clementines. The citrus taste was very light. If I were to have this again, I would steep longer in hope for more flavor.
This was a light, refreshing tea with a mild orange flavor. I enjoyed it hot, but think the flavor got stronger as it cooled, which makes me think this would probably make an excellent iced tea. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 3 min @ 185F)
a very light tasting tea--even after steeping for extra long and then shoving it in a fridge to cool, it was still very subtle. tasty iced, but i do wish it brought more to the table! i squeezed some fresh tangerine juice into it to add more of the taste i was hoping for and it made a refreshing drink
The orange scent upon opening this CT packet was wonderful - strong, but not overpowering. The white tea brewed nicely and resulted in a light amber-colored tea. The orange flavoring on the first steep was noticeable but not so much on the second steep. I enjoy white teas and this did not disappoint. I do wish that the orange would have stayed a little stronger after the initial steep. This is a tea that I also think would be tasty iced.
Opening the packet, this tea smells great! When brewed, the tea is mild and honestly refreshing without sweetening.
This white tea was a nice refresher. The aroma of tangerine when the package was opened was nice. The leaves were delicate and steeped well. I used 180 for 3 minutes.
I am super jealous of people who have a refined enough palate to really pick up on the subtle nuances of quality teas. Alas, I am just not one of those people. The packet for this tea smelled strongly of tangerine/orange, but I got zero tangerine flavor in the brew when hot, warm, and cold. It tasted faintly grassy - not enough grassiness for me to hate it but still there. Otherwise, this just tasted like a very mild tea to me.
I enjoyed this white tea! Excited to try it iced too!
The sweet tangerine is a nice balance to the delicate flavor of the white tea. Both complement one another and don't step on each other's toes. Nice blend!
Adagio has wonderful fruit flavored white teas, and among them tangerine is one of my favorites. This one is absolutely delicious, Western brewed or gongfu style.
A nice tangerine flavoured white tea, which I enjoyed as an afternoon treat. It's a mild tea, as you would expect from a white tea. I think it would make a pleasant, light iced tea.
Mild white tea with bright tangerine flavor. I cold brewed today's sample and found it very refreshing with no need for sweetener.
I tend not to like citrus flavored tea (unless it's Earl Grey) and white teas are too light for me. I was surprised I liked this one. I had it plain. The citrus was very mild and I preferred it as it cooled. It has a lot of flavor for a white tea.
This was a good smooth tea but I would have liked more tangerine flavor. That could have been my fault. I lowered the temp to 200, only steeped for 3 minutes, and maybe used too much water. In spite of that, I would be happy to try it again sometime and experiment with those changes.
This is a wonderful citrusy tea. Light and refreshing.
The tangerine scent when you first open the bag is amazing! Unfortunately, the taste is not nearly as strong which is too bad. That being said, I think a mild flavor is a white tea thing and I can appreciate that. The flavor of this blend is mild but still very good. I added a little sweetener and that brightened up the taste a bit. Although mild, I still enjoyed this one quite a bit.
I really enjoyed this tea. It was light and had a nice tangerine taste.
CommuniTEA portion: Decided to cold brew this one. The aroma is very pleasant. The taste is light and very subtle notes of citrus. Almost too subtle. I generally enjoy white tea but this had just enough citrus to pull focus from the white tea and not quite enough to make a complete blend. Wouldn't say no to it again but not quite my favorite.
I'm a fan of white teas and this has a pleasant brightness from the tangerine! Very summery and bright morning brew.
Being a fan of white teas, I was anxious to give this tangerine white tea a try. Happy to say that the tea did not disappoint — first the aroma upon opening the packet shouted Tangerine and then after steeping at 195 degrees for 5+ minutes grandpa style the essence of the white tea and orange delivered a satisfying cuppa of refreshing tea.
This definitely is a tea to have on hand for the coming summer weather. Adding the White Tangerine tea to an on the go water bottle could be a delight to any Teaple.
Keep up the blending of exotic flavors that delight the palates of teaples world-wide!
